历时七天的MBA核心课程学习已经结束，通过这次学习，感触颇多、收获颇丰，对自己今后的工作将会有不小的帮助，学习体会归纳起来，主要有以下几个方面。
首先，就是学习了很多管理专业和相关知识，我认为无论在什么岗位，学习都是必要的，虽然在实际工作中，我得到了锻炼，积累了较为丰富的经验，但毕竟不是科班出身，缺少理论基础还不够扎实，需要通过学习进一步提升自己在各方面的能力，这次院里举办的MBA核心课程培训班，给了我们一个很好的提升管理能力的培训机会。标准的MBA学制实际上是两年，至少需要修二十几门课，因此在一周的时间内只能浅尝辄止，但这也让我受益匪浅，因为有多年的管理实践，同时管理学的很多课程都与实践有一定的联系，这就使理论知识很容易通过理解来掌握，于是我尝试了新的学习方法，先理解，后掌握，课后查阅相关书籍，扩大知识面，并联系实际工作去深入的理解，比如《财务报表分析》一课，作为一门综合课程，集经济学、管理学、会计学、财务管理、审计学、经济法和计量经济学的相关知识，是汲取这些学科的原理融会贯通再进行应用的一个过程。财务报告内容包括资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表和会计报表附注等，各会计报表间的钩稽关系是财务会计中重点研究的内容，而面对繁杂庞大的财务数据，如何运用这些数据有效评价公司经营业绩和财务状况，则是财务报表分析课程所关注的。财务报表作为公司披露基本信息的主要渠道，不仅反映了公司经营情况，对经营者决策起到衡量参考作用，财务报表分析是在对过去经营业绩评价基础上，衡量当前财务状况，从而形成对未来趋势的预测。其内涵是帮助报表使用者通过财务报表获取与公司有关的信息，进而进行投资决策的一种系统性方法，中心问题是分析与评价公司的偿债能力和盈利能力。1
这两大财务能力的分析与评价构成财务报表分析的基本内容。学习这门学科，还要注意关注企业的财务报表反映的经济活动是真的还是假的；企业的经营成绩是变好了还是变差了；持有某个企业的股票或者债权风险有多大；企业的未来会走向何方；如何了解企业财务报表的真实性；如何阅读审计意见；如果没有附现金流量表；如何通过报表之间的内在关系去勾画出企业经营活动的现金流动情况等。使我对财务报表分析有了更高水平的能力。
同时，也学习了《科技成果转化机制》、《绩效考评》、《市场开拓与营销管理》等非常有用的研究方法，使我们能站在一个更高的平台上来学习知识，运用知识。尤其是营销管理学的学习，给我留下了无穷的回味和深刻的体会，通过学习，让我真正明白了市场营销的概念是指企业为满足消费者或用户的需求而提供商品或劳务的整体营销活动。而市场营销战略是指基于企业既定的战略目标，向市场转化过程中的必须要关注的“客户需求的确定、市场机会的分析，自身优势的分析、自身劣势的反思、市场竞争因素的考虑、可能存在的问题预测、团队的培养和提升等综合因素，最终确定出市场营销战略，做为指导企业将既定战略向市场转化的方向和准则。纵观那些世界500强企业，都在营造一种美好的生活方式、独特的品牌文化，其实完全不是在塑造产品的属性，而是在塑造客户的属性。建立好一种美好和独特的意境让客户产生强烈的欲望，进而深刻地认同价值并且影响更多的客户。我觉得在营销这个方面，国人真的还需要好好渗透，西方人通过高超的营销手段在很多行业已经统治了世界，麦当劳、可口可乐、耐克、宝洁等等。中国作为发展中国家，纯劳动密集型经济形式在过去的几十年饱受了压榨。庆幸的是国家在发展的同时也看到了这些方面的问题，鼓励国人国企自主创新打 造自主品牌、创造自身独特的核心价值。
其次，在这次MBA学习培训过程中，我学会了做学问、做研究的基本方法，对于整日忙碌在具体事务中的我，这次学习，更使我开拓了视
野，改变了思维方式，通过培训我意识到认识到自己在管理方面看问题的思维方式有了改善和提高，遇到新的事物，可以更快速，更准确的做出判断，找出最佳的解决方法。通过学习，拓宽了思维，提高了修养。记得有句名言“不会思考的人，就不会生活”，在工作中，我们要养成善于思考的习惯。当我们处于消极状态时，可以靠思考来转换感觉、调整方向；在面对困境时，仍然靠积极思考去寻求最好、最有利的解决方法；当遇到工作中繁琐的事情时，更要积极思考、努力创造，才能有所突破。创造性思维是创新人才最基础的素质。用最积极的思维，最乐观的精神面对问题，用正确的思想方法再加上积极进取的精神，就可以使我们获得成就。
总之，这次MBA培训班，是从实用角度来学习，是有针对性的学习，是具备一定工作能力基础上的学习，使我们真正理解了知识，掌握了知识，并把它变成了自身的能力，对大家来说都是一个非常难得的学习机会。我相信在以后的工作中，我们还能了解、学习到更多更实用的知识，我将以更高的热情和积极性参与其中。
最后，非常庆幸能获得这次学习和提高的机会，相信这次学习将会对我今后的管理工作起到极大的提升作用。

各位老师,早上好。首先我先自我介绍一下。我叫,今年岁,来自地方,我本科毕业于大学,主修专业,毕业后我进入的第一家公司是公司,我的岗位是,我负责,在这个公司的几年内我获得了方面的提升,我进入的第二家公司是公司,我的岗位是,我负责,在这个公司的几年内我达成了项目,帮助企业获得了万的利润或者对公司产生了长远影响。另外我在公司期间,每年都获得奖章/奖励,我曾带领我的团队(几个人)完成了项目,通过这个项目我的能力获得了极大提升,同时获得了同事的大力支持和认可,为我以后的职业发展奠定了坚实的基础。
我想考MBA的原因很简单,因为我的职位在公司近几年一直处于上升状态,我发现在大学当中学习的知识不足以支持我很好的胜任我现在的管理岗位,所以我非常希望通过咱们大学的深造,让我的职业生涯能够更顺利的提升;同时咱们大学的专业是全国MBA商学院中排名都非常考前非常有特色,这点能够很好的帮助我完善我的管理经验;还有一点,咱们大学的校友会在行业的影响力非常强,我希望在大学学习的同时,能够很好的拓展行业内的人脉圈。
