正常产后6—12小时起床活动，第二天后开始逐渐增加活动量即可作产后体操。会阴侧切或剖腹产的产妇，产后第三天起床活动，两周后做轻微的家务，六周内不做重体力劳动，不下蹲，站立时间不宜过久，防止子宫脱垂。

产后每日刷牙，饭后漱口。产后皮肤排泄旺盛多汗，勤洗澡，禁止盆浴，亲换内衣裤，每日用温水冲洗外阴两次。产后睡觉姿势不应长期仰卧，经常翻身，每天俯卧两次，每次10—15分钟。这样有利于恶露排出。产褥期禁止性生活，性生活开始注意避孕，哺乳期可采取工具避孕，如上环、避孕套等，正常产后3个月上环，不哺乳的母亲可采取药物避孕。

April 12 is memorable because our class had a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action.
