auto plant added another shift.[applause] You’ll hear the deep patriotism in the voice of a military spouse who is working the phones late at night to make sure that no one who fights for this country important.Democracy in a nation of 300-million can be noisy and messy and complicated.We have our own opinions, each of us has deeply held beliefs.And when we go through tough times, when we make big family business whose owners would rather cut their own pay than lay off their neighbors, and in the workers who would rather cut back their hours than see a friend lose a job.I’ve seen it in the soldiers who re-enlist after losing a limb, and in those SEALS who charged up the stairs into darkness and danger because they knew their was a buddy behind them watching their back.I’ve seen it on the shores of New Jersey and New York where leaders from every party and level of government have swept aside their differences to help a community rebuild from the wreckage of a terrible storm.And I saw it just the other day, in Mentor, Ohio wehre a father told the story of his eight-year-old daughter who’s long battle with leukemia nearly cost their family everything had it not been for healthc are reform passing just a few months before.The insurance company was about to stop paying for her care I had an opportunity to not just talk to the father but meet this incredible daughter of his, and when he spoke to the crowd listening to that father’ story, every parent in that room had tears in their eyes because we knew that little girl could be our own.And I know that every American wants her future to be just as bright.That’s who we are.That’s the country I’m so proud to lead as your president.And tonight, despite all the hardship we’ve been through, despite al lthe frustrations of Washington, I’ve never been more hopeful about our future I’ve never been more hopeful about America.And I ask you to sustain that hope.I’m not talking about blind optimism.The kind of hope that just ignores the enormity of the tasks ahead or the road blocks that stand in our path.I’m not talking about the wishful idealism that allows us to just sit on the sidelines or shirk from a fight.I have always believed that hope is that stubborn thing inside of us that insists, despite all the evidence to the contrary, that something better awaits us so long as we have the courage to keep reaching to 2012台湾地区领导人选举马英九胜选演讲&蔡英文败选演讲

【站长闲言】还记得4年前台湾选举结束后，我曾经写过一篇分析国民党执政后两岸关系走向的文章，当时还获得学校征文比赛的一等奖。相比于当年国民党获得比民进党多200多万票的“山崩式”的巨胜而言，此次国民党仅比民进党多80多万票，从这一方面而言，我们看到了国民党执政四年的业绩可谓平平，而民进党的元气和实力恢复的的确很快。同时我们再次看到，台湾的民主的确有很多值得我们大陆深入研究、挖掘和学习的地方。就目前而言，两岸之间的经贸往来和人员交流十分密切，文化纽带的联系紧密，然而大陆和台湾之间关系的症结就在于政治制度和意识形态的分歧，这种政治上的分歧与经贸间的紧密并存，互为矛盾双方，一方面推动着两岸关系的持续改善，另一方面又阻碍着两岸统一的前景。因此，思考如何在两岸政治制度不同的大环境下，活用“一国两制”，实现和平统一和促进两岸关系健康发展，应该成为我们研究两岸关系、陆台关系的新方向。

至于此次国民党马英九胜选后会对两岸关系产生何种影响，我个人仍旧坚持我自己之前的看法，即国民党继续执政固然在两岸关系的大方向上是好事，但也不要对国民党和马英九抱过多希望；即使是蔡英文上台和民进党执政，我也并不十分悲观，不认为两岸关系就会有多大的倒退。毕竟，两岸间愈发紧密的经贸、文化、人员等往来给我们勾勒出的两岸关系的未来趋势，是台湾越发离不开大陆，这一点不论是马英九还是蔡英文都看的很清楚，这种愈发紧密的联系是市场这只无形的手在发挥着巨大的推动作用，人力所不能违，不是马英九说“当选后不与大陆领导人见面”或者蔡英文说什么就能阻挡得了的。我也不认为即使蔡英文上台，民进党就真的敢搞什么“独立公投”、正式宣告“台湾独立”，因为目前的台湾的主流民意不是要“独立”，而是要“维持现状”，“独立”只会使台湾脱离大陆，而之前已经说过，台湾是越来越离不开大陆了。总之，对于此次国民党连任对两岸关系的影响，我们既不能太过乐观，同时也不能一味悲观，而是需要冷静思考现在两岸间的“现状”到底是什么，不能单纯一味地等，而是必须要在这种等待中积极行动，化不利为有利，推动我们和平统一大业的进程。

最后还想说一点的是，我们研究台湾问题，不应仅仅盯着两岸关系这简单的一面。台湾有很多值得我们研究的地方，它的政治制度和民主就是其中很值得我们探索的一块领域。马英九在去年“中华民国”百年大庆上的演讲曾经谈到过，“中华民国”这六十多年来的实践“向世人证明：民主可以在华人社会的土壤中生根、开花、结果。”当然对于何谓“民主”，我们都有不同的评价标准，台湾的民主和大陆的民主不一样，正是这种不一样，才使得我们更要思考如何在两种不一样的民主、不一样的政治制度下，实现两岸关系的进步，实现整个中国的政治文明进步，并实现更宏观意义上的大中华的民族进步。两岸一家的中国人永远不会在追求民主的道路上停下脚步，虽然我们现在对民主有着不同的理解，但是我相信，在未来，只要有利于中华民族统一大业的完成，只要有利于包括大陆和台湾在内的全中国人民的福祉，只要有利于作为统一的中国在世界民族之林昂然屹立，那么这样的民主，这样的政治文明，就会是全中国人民所认同和支持的，这样的民主和这样的政治文明，必将成为我们民族未来前进的方向。我同大家都期待着我们在未来能找到一条符合两岸全中国人民共同利益和福祉的民主之路，引领着我们在国家统一和民族自强的康庄大道上驰骋下去！

尊敬的吴主席，吴院长、王院长，现场各位先敬、长辈、乡亲，大家晚安，晚上好！恭喜大家，我们赢了！这不是马英九个人的胜利，这是台湾人民的胜利！这是我们一条追求清廉、繁荣与和平的台湾路线的胜利，对不对？这个胜利台湾人民给了我最清楚的讯息，要我继续朝这条路线走下去。台湾人民也给了我明确的使命，要我尽力完成创造台湾新历史的任务。我要感谢大家对我的支持，让我能够再有4年的机会去完成台湾所需要的改革，我一定不会辜负大家对我的期待！

这一次我们之所以能够连任，是因为我们人民肯定了我们拒绝贪腐，坚持清廉的努力，对不对？他也肯定我们开放松绑，振兴经济的努力，对不对？人们也肯定我们搁置争议，争取两岸和平，把危机转变为商机的机会，对不对？各位，这也是人民肯定了我们采取了正确、正派有效的活路外交，赢得了国际社会的肯定与支持，让台湾人民能够有尊严的遨游世界，对不对？当然，我也了解许多的人对我们还有更高的期许，大家希望我们在照顾弱势之外，要更重视分配的正义，要继续缩小贫富的差距。同时，要重视青年就业的问题，以及如何协助他们实现他们的台湾梦，对不对？

请各位放心我会继续重视环境保护与生态保育，我们会继续重视农渔业的有序发展，我们更会重视人民对政府施政的感受，我在这里保证一定全力以赴，不达目标绝不终止。

各位乡亲，我们赢了，但是我们要像4年前一样，高兴一个晚上就好了，因为我们还有很多的工作要做。我在这边要特别强调，竞选过程当中我听到了民进党蔡主席跟亲民党宋主席对我许多的批评与建议，我觉得他们的意见都非常宝贵，我会了解。虽然看问题的角度不一样，但是我们关怀台湾的心都是一样的，因此我会感谢他们，并且慎重的研究跟评估，只要是对台湾人民有利的，我一定会采纳。

未来我连任之后每半年会邀请在野的政治领袖共商国事,希望真正找出对人民有利的政策，大家一起为台湾奋斗。我这次竞选过程当中跑遍台湾各地，倾听人民的声音，也不断的自我反省，我会仔细的来检讨，有哪些政策受到人民欢迎我们会继续，哪些政策受到人民的批评我们会检讨、改进，必要的时候会停止。同时，我们还会继续的征求大家的意见，我每个月都会邀请人民团体来跟我座谈，深刻地听取大家的意见，把大家的心头话记下来，我会一一的、谦虚的来进行必要的改进。

这次我特别要向各位报告，我们这次连任，希望未来的4年台湾弱势民众能够得到更多的照顾，我们贫富差距可以进一步缩短。还有在经济方面我们一定要推动结构性的改变，让台湾有更多发展的空间。

我们此次党代会正值我们国家史上的危机时刻。对我国警察的攻击，以及城市里遍布的恐怖主义行径，正严重地威胁着我们的生活方式。任何未能认识到这一危险的政客都不配领导我们的国家。

但是在这里，在我们的党代会，不会有任何谎言。我们将用真相为美国人民送上敬意，而不是别的什么东西。

这些事实如下：

数十年打击犯罪的成就如今正在本届政府领导下，遭遇倒退。

在美国最大的50座城市里，去年谋杀率上升了17%。这是25年来的最大增幅。在我们的首都，谋杀案甚至增加了50%。在其附近的巴尔的摩，这一数字更是上升了60%。

在奥巴马总统的家乡芝加哥，仅在今年，就有超过XX人死于枪击。而自他担任总统以来，这座城市更是有超过3600人死于非命。

与去年同期相比，死于执法过程中的警员数量也差不多增加了50%。接近18万有案底的非法移民，本应从我们驱逐出境，如今却可以到处游荡，并威胁和平市民的安全。

今年得以穿越国境到达美国的新增非法移民，其数量已经超过了XX年的总和。在无视对公共安全和公共资源的冲击下，成千上万的移民涌入我们的社区。

那么，我们的经济情况又如何呢?

再一次，我将向你们透露平实的事实，这些事实未经午夜新闻与各种晨报的矫饰：10个黑人儿童当中就有4个生活在贫困中;与此同时，黑人的整体失业率高达58%。奥巴马执政后，拉丁裔的贫困人群增加了2百万人。更有高达1400万人彻底丢掉了工作。

自XX年起，家庭收入更是猛降了4000美元。我们制造业的贸易赤字更是达到了新高——差不多每年有8000亿美元。财政情况也好不到哪里去。

奥巴马让我国的国债猛增了两倍，超过了19万亿美元，并且还在继续增长。但是，我们对此又做了些什么?我们的道路和大桥正在不断解体，我们的机场就仿佛第三世界国家一样，另有4300万美国人处在食物短缺状态。

我们再看看国外的情况。

我们的公民不仅忍受着国内的灾难，而且还不断地在国际上遭到羞辱。我们都曾经记得，我们的水兵被迫在伊朗人枪口下下跪的情景。

而这一幕恰好就发生在与伊朗签署和解协议的不久前。这份和解协议向伊朗返还了1500亿美元，却没有给予我们一分钱——时间将证明，这份协议将成为史上最糟。另一项耻辱便是，奥巴马曾为叙利亚局势设置红线，但没有人把他当回事。

在利比亚，我们的大使馆——作为美国全球地位的象征——却毁于熊熊烈火之中。就在奥巴马任命希拉里担任国务卿后，美国变得更加不安全了，而世界变得更加不稳定、我相信，这是一项让奥巴马真正后悔的决定。希拉里糟糕的直觉与判断力——桑德斯早就指出了这一点——是造成如今灾难的原因。让我们回顾一下历史，在XX年前希拉里时期，在地图上，伊斯兰还根本不曾存在。

然而，希拉里的政治遗产却并一定非要成为美国的政治遗产。我们目前面临的问题——国内的贫穷与暴力和国外的战争与毁灭——只要我们一天还仰赖制造出这 些麻烦的政客，情况还会依旧如此。要想改变结果，那么首先就要求领导层的变更。今晚，我将和你们分享我改造美国的计划。

与我们的对手相比，我们计划的主要区别在于，我们采取了“美国优先”的政策。美利坚主义，而不是全球主义，才是我们的信条。只要我们一天让不把美国优先置于重要地位的政客执政，那么我们可以肯定的就是其他国家不会对美国报以尊敬。这点将在XX年得到改变。

首先是美国人民的优先。我的计划将以国内安全起步——这意味着安全的社区环境、安全的边境以及针对恐怖主义的种种措施。没有法治与秩序，也就不会有繁荣。而在经济上，我也提出了各项改革，以便新增百万计的工作机会，并准备利用万亿计的资金来重建美国。
