一、练习的设计要贴近知识要点、重点和难点

新课标教材中实施“目标导学”要求教师要把单元目标分解和落实到课时,搞好课时目标的设计与达标就是优化课堂的关键,其中课时目标的达成就要落实到练习上。所以,如何使我们的学生学有所获是教师设计作业的首要问题。所以练习的设计就要贴近当堂课的知识要点、重点、难点。例如:我在进行七年级(下)CHAPTER 5教学时,我是这样设置的,第一题,短语翻译。如,打篮球、看书、做家庭作业、写信等等。第二题,写出下列词的现在分词形式,如read write shop listen等等。第三题,根据句意及所给词的适当形式填空。如,Look Li Lei ______(play)basketball on the playground。这样不仅让学生掌握了基础语言点,又明白了现在进行时的结构,也解决了他们容易在现在进行时中掉be动词以及现在分词拼写错误的问题。而在进行作文教学时,我是这样设置的:5分钟的现场采访,5分钟的快速作文。要求学生迅速用当堂课的语言知识了解学生外貌和爱好的变化完成作文训练。作业因为贴近课堂知识又有竞争性大大调动了学生学习与运用语言的兴趣,提高了学生人际交往的能力,从而在教学活动中积极地参与和完成真实的生活任务。这类符合学生生活实际重在紧扣当堂知识要点、重点和难点的作业,既可以让学生复习和强化所学知识,又培养了学生能力,对于培养学生的自信心和成就感也取得了意想不到的效果。

传统的作业布置多为统一形式的背诵、抄写和练习,注重作业程式化和规范化,重量而不重质,完全忽视了学生的需要,导致学生产生厌烦情绪,缺乏学习兴趣。我在设计练习时,在容量上既不要增加学生的负担,又要尽可能发挥学生的潜能。同时教师应根据学生知识水平的差异,设计出难、中、易层次的作业,用不同的符号标注出来让学生一目了然,这样可以满足不同层次学生的需要,使作业成为学生个性发展的园地。一份重点突出、层次井然的作业打破了以往单一的作业形式,增加了作业的弹性,既允许学生用听、说、读、写等形式来巩固实践所学的东西,还可以让学生自由挑选难易程度不同的作业。基础较差的学生可以选择前面基础性强的作业,学有余力的同学可以选择拔高的作业。常常给学生开玩笑“食不饱,力不足才美不外现,挑战高营养作业哦!”这种作业布置充分考虑到学生的学习基础和学习需要的差异,体现了学生的主观需要,发挥了学生的自主性。每完成一个层次的作业都给加上相应的分数,鼓励挑战较难的题型,多完成一项加分。其结果是大部分学生都你追我赶地完成多项作业。事实证明,尊重学生的差异,学生就会自主地完成自己的作业,积极性也明显提高,每个学生的个性和才华都得到了充分的发展。

三、练习的形式要灵活多样,趣味性强

【译文】

⑴南乡子:词牌名。

⑵京口:今江苏省镇江市。北固亭:在今镇江市北固山上,下临长江,三面环水。

⑶望:眺望。神州:这里指中原地区。⑷北固楼:即北固亭。

⑸兴亡:指国家兴衰,朝代更替。⑹悠悠:形容漫长、久远。

⑺年少:年轻。指孙权十九岁继父兄之业统治江东。兜鍪(dōumóu):指千军万马。原指古代作战时兵士所带的头盔,这里代指士兵。

⑻坐断:坐镇,占据,割据。东南:指吴国在三国时地处东南方。休:停止。⑼敌手:能力相当的对手。⑽曹刘:指曹操与刘备。

⑾生子当如孙仲谋:曹操率领大军南下,见孙权的军队雄壮威武,喟然而叹:‚生子当如孙仲谋,刘景升儿子若豚犬耳。‛

【白话译文】

什么地方可以看见中原呢?在北固楼上,满眼都是美好的风光。从古到今,有多少国家兴亡大事呢?不知道。往事连绵不断,如同没有尽头的长江水滚滚地奔流不息。

当年孙权在青年时代,做了三军统帅。他能占据东南,坚持抗战,没有向敌人低头和屈服过。天下英雄谁是孙权的敌手呢?只有曹操和刘备而已。这样也就难怪曹操说:‚要是能有个孙权那样的儿子就好了!‛

我一生的辛苦遭遇,都开始于一部儒家经书;从率领义军抗击元兵以来,经过了四年的艰苦岁月。

祖国的大好河山在敌人的侵略下支离破碎,就像狂风吹卷着柳絮零落飘散; 自己的身世遭遇也动荡不安,就像暴雨打击下的浮萍颠簸浮沉。想到前兵败江西,(自己)从惶恐滩头撤离的情景,那险恶的激流、严峻的形势,至今还让人惶恐心惊;

想到去年五岭坡全军覆没,身陷敌手,如今在浩瀚的零丁洋中,只能悲叹自己的孤苦伶仃。

自古人生在世,谁没有一死呢? 为国捐躯,死得其所,(让我)留下这颗赤诚之心光照青史吧!

晏子使楚

晏子将使楚。楚王闻之,谓左右曰:“齐之习辞者也,今方来,吾欲辱之,何以也?”左右对曰:“为其来也,臣请缚一人,过王而行。王曰,何为者也?对曰,齐人也。王曰,何坐?曰,坐盗。”

晏子至,楚王赐晏子酒,酒酣,吏二缚一人诣王。王曰:“缚者曷为者也?”对曰:“齐人也,坐盗。”王视晏子曰:“齐人固善盗乎?”晏子避席对曰:“婴闻之,橘生淮南则为橘,生于淮北则为枳,叶徒相似,其实味不同。所以然者何?水土异也。今民生长于齐不盗,入楚则盗,得无楚之水土使民善盗耶?”王笑曰:“圣人非所与熙也,寡人反取病焉。” 【译文】

晏子将要出使(到)楚国。楚王听到这个消息,对身边的侍臣说:‚(晏婴是)齐国善于辞令的人,现在(他)正要来,我想要羞辱他,用什么办法呢?‛侍臣回答说:‚当他来的时候,请让我们绑着一个人从大王面前走过。大王(就)问:‘(他)是干什么的?’(我就)回答说:‘(他)是齐国人。’大王(再)问:‘犯了什么罪?’(我)回答说:‘(他)犯了偷窃罪。’‛

唧唧的织布声,木兰在对着门织布。听不到织布的声音,只听见木兰的叹气声。

问木兰在想什么,在思念什么呢?(木兰说)我没有想什么,也没有思念什么。昨夜看见军中的文告,知道皇上(正在)大规模地征兵,征兵的名册有很多卷,每一卷(都)有父亲的名字。父亲没有长大成人的儿子,木兰没有兄长,(我)愿意为此去买鞍马,从此替代父亲出征。

木兰到集市各处买了骏马,鞍垫子,驾驭牲口用的嚼子和缰绳和长鞭。(东、西、南、北市只是一种名叫互文的修辞手法并不是去东、西、南、北市。)

早晨辞别父母上路,傍晚宿营在黄河边,听不见父母呼唤女儿的声音,只能听到黄河的流水声。
