口译课心得体会

这学期又迎来了新的挑战，那就是口译，现场口译。以前看过口译大赛，觉得他们都好棒，好优秀，中文刚刚说完，英文马上就翻译好了，即兴翻译的速度好快。想着什么时候自己也可以达到这样的水平。刚开始我们的训练是分组进行，每组有口译人员，有中文翻译，秘书，每个人都有自己的角色。这样每个人都有发挥自己的机会，锻炼的机会。

等真正轮到自己了才知道口译是那么的难，要想做好口译就要做足充分的准备，还得具备一定的英语基础，要想翻译好就得平时多练，不然也是发挥不好的。准备时间不够的话也是发挥不出自己的水平，如果没有多练习，上台的话会紧张，紧张就会忘词了。刚开始我们是第一组，准备时间不足，得到了话题还要考虑中英文怎么说才可以让同学们听明白，怎样才运用得当。这就是考我们知识运用的时候了，要如何才能发挥我们最好的水平。翻译结束还要进行总结，总结自己这组的优点和缺点，以便加以改进。也看过同学们的口译，只要是准备的时间充分，就发挥得很好，如果是匆匆忙忙的话就会失了水准。经过几次的练习，发现整体上都得到了提高，不再怯场了。

为什么我们要学习口译课呢？也许很多人都会说，以后我又不从事翻译工作，也许以后都不当老师，为什么还要学习它呢，每个人的追求不同。我想说的是作为以英语为专业的学生，学习口译课是很有必要的。那么学习它有什么好处呢，其实口译只是我们英语专业的一个基本技能，双语人才必须具备这样的能力。它既能使我们了解我们的优势所在，又能提高我们的能力，何乐而不为呢？那么学习口译到底需要什么基础和态度呢？在我看来，只要具备能听懂汉语和英语，能用它们较为自如地表达（无论笔头还是口头）的语言基础就可以了。语言的学习是一个终生的过程，没有输入就没有输出。在学习口译的过程中，我们会渐渐发现自身的不足，就会自觉地去弥补，从而使语言功底越来越好。我认为最重要的不是基础，而是你的态度，就像我们上口译课那样，很多人都不来上课，这样的话你不练习你怎么知道你的优势和劣势呢？不练习你的能力怎么会提高呢？很多时候决定你的成功是看你的态度。口译最重要的三个能力就是：听力、记忆和表达。这三项能力的训练必须以口译为中心，通过练习得到口译水平的提高，提高理解能力是关键。更重要的是心理素质要过关，在翻译的过程中要有足够的内心应对出现的没听清的单词，现场的干扰等。在各种环境下都能保持镇静的心态，冷静的头脑和不徐不慢的语速，并且要充满自信。平时要在人多的场合多发言并提高自己处理突发事件的能力。对各学科的专业术语要有一定的了解，这样才能在翻译的过程中才不会慌乱。要有很强的学习能力，对外国的政治有一定的了解，特别是国家每年的新政策，要保持一颗对周围新兴事物的好奇心，对新出现的名词，不仅要了解其对应的英文表达还要了解其含义。在口译中要注意表达的逻辑性，这就要训练我们的逻辑思考能力和对说话人大意的总结能力，分清主次。

学习口译的技巧，我觉得我们应该经常练习，通过背诵，复述的形式来提高自己的记忆力。还要重视课堂练习，提高心理承受能力的好办法就是把上课的任务当成是一次真实的口译，这样可以提高课堂学习效率，也可以逐渐适应在有压力下的环境完成口译任务。把握上课发言的机会，有意识的把自己想象成专业的口译人员。还要多朗读中英文章，学会以平稳自信的声音发言，即使是内心紧张也不要在声音上体现出来。往往我们一紧张声音就会发抖，所以我们要克服这种现象。

总而言之，口译最重要的是要大量练习，不断积累经验和进行总结，汉语的含义丰富，英语中也有很多近义词，在遇到不同的意义时要快速的在脑中反应，能用哪些简单的词去替换我们不懂得翻译的词，这样练习多了我们的口译水平就会得到提高了。
