工作总结

2008年已经过去,过去的一学期,在县委、县政府的亲切关怀下,在市县教育主管部门的正确指导下,在全体教职工的共同努力下,学校全面落实《江苏省中小学管理规范》条例,认真坚持“特色竞争、错位发展”的指导思想,努力实施“科学、人本加规范”的管理方略;继承老淮中优良的革命传统,重新完善了学校的“三风”,确立了“攻坚克难,敢于争胜”的学校精神;积极策应教育改革,推动教育创新,师资队伍逐步优化,学生素质不断提升,发展规模快速拓展,竞争实力显著增强,各项工作都取得了令人瞩目的业绩。

特别是在四星级高中创建过程中,全体教职员工积极投身于学校全面的教育教学管理之中,自觉提高自己的师德修养和业务技能,以更精细扎实的工作态度,以更优质的教学效率,以更辉煌的办学成绩,促进学校整体办学水平的全面攀升;全体学生能充分意识到自己是学校品牌创建的根本,充分发掘自身的潜力,努力完善自我、展示自我和发展自我,以高尚纯洁的情操、文明淑雅的言行、不懈追求的精神为四星级高中的创建提供了最有力的支持。专家组在现场评估验收中对我校的办学条件、队伍建设、管理水平、素质教育和办学绩效等五方面都给予了很好的评价。目前我校四星级高中创建工作已顺利通过了省专家组的现场评估与验收。

现将一学期来的工作具体总结如下:

一、德育工作

1、强化行为规范教育,提高学校的常规管理水平。继续加强思想道德建设,坚持开展班主任培训活动,承办了全国“一线教育家讲坛,中小学班主任江苏省淮北中学讲坛”,邀请全国骨干教师培训特聘教授刘银花和全国十佳班主任任全艺等四位老师来我校讲学,来自全国各地班主任近500人参加了培训;聘请南京大学心理学研究所屈素丽教授,为我校老师和部分学生家长作心理健康教育知识报告;继续开展以《江苏省淮北中学学生行为规范》为主要内容的养成教育活动,并通过学生佩戴胸牌,对迟到、私自外出、爬墙头等各种违纪行为和不良现象坚持每日检查公布,并与学生的成长档案建设结合起来,与学生的操行等第、三好生评比以及优秀班主任评选直接挂钩,很好地规范了学生的行为,使我校的常规管理工作逐步走向规范化。本学期有六位班主任被评为市县德育先进个人。

2、拓宽红色教育渠道,陶冶师生高尚的道德情操。学校充分利用地域优势和丰厚的校史资源,大力拓宽红色教育渠道。继2007年7月,我校首届“铁流千里”考察活动被江苏省文明办评为“七彩的夏日”优秀活动项目一等奖后。今年7月,第二届“铁流千里”考察队又重走刘少奇同志1942年从苏北赴延安参加党的“七大”会议之路,途径六省,历时40天,途中编写了《铁流快报》120份。全国五十余家媒体争相报道。一批师生应邀在“感知红色家园未成年人系列教育”等全县德育活动中发言。2008年11月,陈经山老师也因此被中央文明委授予“全国未成年人思想道德建设先进工作者”称号。目前我校的红色教育在江苏乃至全国,都产生了较强烈的影响。

3、重视校园文化建设,凸显催人奋进的学校精神。重新完善了“团结紧张,严肃活泼”的校风、“教生如子,爱生如己”的教风和“即知即行,学以致用”的学风,确立了“攻坚克难,敢于争胜”的学校精神,为打造特色学校、精品学校迈出了可喜的一步。加强校园广播站、校园网、校报、《雨凝报》、报栏、黑板报、盆景园等文化阵地建设,构建了多维的校园文化网络。以“书香校园、人文校园、和谐校园”为理念,着眼于环境文化氛围对学生的熏陶和感染,先后举行了“文明、安全、和谐校园”演讲比赛、“法律伴我行”、“文明交通伴我行”征文比赛和唱国歌比赛等主题活动,对学生进行爱国主义和集体主义教育,产生了良好的社会效应,创设了优美和悦的校园环境。

4、做好关工委工作。关心青少年健康成长是全党全社会的共同任务,而老同志是一支不可替代的重要力量。特别是我们教育系统的老同志更具有政治优势、威望优势、经验优势、时空优势。因此,学校领导高度重视关工委的组织建设工作,把其作为重要内容列入学校的工作计划,作为学校整体工作的一部分予以重视。从实际和需要出发,及时调整和充实骨干力量。注意发挥年轻教师的骨干作用,广泛发动老教师,扩大参与面,壮大志愿者队伍。

要做好关工委工作,就要建立一支思想水平高、身体素质好、经验丰富、工作积极、热情耐心、甘于奉献的关工委队伍是非常重要的。在队伍建设上,我们的做法是:首先,做好队伍人员的选聘工作。一是选聘离退休老教师,使他们离岗不离心,能够继续发挥“余热”,全方位的搞好学校教育。二是选聘在岗老教师。在岗教师与离退休老同志相比,有多方面的优势,他们在校时间长,与学生和教师接触多,对教育形势和学校情况掌握得更加全面,更加准确及时。三是选聘校外辅导员。其次,定期召开关工委会议,经常沟通信息,交流经验,并号召关工委老同志发扬奉献精神,做到越老心越红,最大限度地贡献自己的有生力量。第三为了感谢老教师对关教事业付出的心血,教师节等相关节日,学校领导都要上门去慰问,充分调动了他们干好关工委工作的热情和干劲。

二、教学工作

1、加强教育理论学习,不断获取新课改和新考纲信息。继续坚持集中与自学相结合的方法,学习新课改的有关内容,领悟新教材体现的新的教学观念,促进全校教师不段转变和更新教学理念。2008年10月,学校顺利通过了江苏省新课程改革实验专项视导验收,专家组在总结报告中称“淮北中学的课改做法值得推广和借鉴”。其次,不断关注研究中高考改革新方案,及时向初、高三教师通报中高考信息,及时采取积极有效的应对措施,确保毕业年级教学有序进行。我校2008年高考本科升学率继06、07年继续在全县遥遥领先,本科上线人数逐年递增,县委、县政府发来贺信加以表彰。2008年9月,学校又蝉联宿迁市三星级高中教学综合考评一等奖。

2、深化大学科建设,促进队伍素质和课堂效益的全面提高。学校在完善《教学规范要求》的前提下,继续推行大学科建设,六大学科组每周集体备课时间不少于2小时,每位教师必须在集体备课基础上根据各自教学实际和特长进行二次备课,提倡教案手写,严禁从网上下载。教导处与督导室定期开展教学六认真检查并及时将检查结果通报到每一位教师,对不符合要求的,责令相关学科组整改。新教师的备课必须经过老教师审核方可上课堂。同时充分发挥校级名师和学科带头人的示范作用,用“大师”来引领“小卒”过河,以快速提高课堂教学效益以及教师的业务水平和专业技能。本学期陈琼老师获省教育学会优课评选一等奖,王成老师获省教研室实验调演二等奖,陈滢莹老师获宿迁市高中语文优 质课大赛二等奖,尹梅兴老师获市初中语文优课评选二等奖,石苗苗、朱永江、赵娟等老师均获全县初中优课评选一等奖。另外,学校还选派了30多位教师参加了省“送培到县”及“送教到县”学习,使我校的大学科建设在全市产生了深远的影响。

3、开展丰富多彩的学科活动,营造浓厚的学习氛围。开学初,各个大学科组按照教务处的计划,制定了切实可行的教研活动计划,由分管领导按照计划行事历督促各个大学科组开展教研活动,其中高中语文组的辩论赛、诗歌朗诵;英语组的圣诞晚会;政治组的小品大赛、“把联合国搬进校园”都已成为我校传统活动。其它学科组也相应成立了学习兴趣小组,安排专任教师进行辅导。这些活动的开展,活跃了校园的文化氛围,激发了广大学生的求知欲和奋斗的热情。许冬月同学在2008年“新语文学习杯”江苏省第七届“中学生与社会”作文大赛现场决赛中荣获初中组一等奖、赵永怡同学获高中组二等奖,马小雨同学在陈嘉庚杯全球华人作文大赛中获一等奖,杨木飞等六位同学在《作文通讯》杂志社举办的全国中学生作文大赛中获二等奖;在省高中生化学竞赛中王成、尹修林等老师辅导的黄灿灿、吕宗凯、高旺、靳红波四位同学获二等奖,在市英语口语大赛中赵晓娟、王志凯老师辅导的朱婕、郁江两位同学荣获一等奖;学校先后荣获陈嘉庚杯全球华人作文大赛组织奖和团中央、中国少年儿童出版总社、中学生杂志社举办的第六届叶圣陶杯全国作文大赛组织奖。其次,广泛开展“阳光体育与祖国同行”活动,采取“跑操”的形式督促学生每天锻炼一小时,并认真做好记录评比;同时抓好学校体育运动队的训练,提高学生整体运动竞技水平。在全县第28届“育才杯”中小学生运动会上我校取得了金牌总数第一、团体总分第二名好成绩。省教育厅也授予我校“江苏省体育教育先进单位”的荣誉称号。

4、大力投入硬件设备,加强其它学科与现代教育技术手段的整合。随着我校教师教育技术能力的不断提高,继去年投入130余万元为每个教室配备高亮度投影机之后,为优化现代教育技术手段,本学期又为每个教室添置了有源音箱、视频头、电视盒;新购笔记本电脑87台、教学用收录机45台、办公用计算机10台、激光打印机7台、初一年级新增高亮度投影机12台;新增10余万元通用技术设备,4万多元室外音响设备,安装约1万元可播放四个频道有线电视的调制解调设备。截至目前,我校中青年教师人人会用远教资源、多媒体等教学设施,为探索新课程理念下新的教学模式,推动教育教学改革向前发展创造了条件、提升了品位。

三、教科研工作

1、深入开展课题研究,促进教育教学研究的深层发展。课题研究是教育科研的主要工作,我校教科研工作有着优良的传统,学校领导不断加强过程管理和研究指导,协助各课题组制定切实可行的教科研计划,学校给予物质支持和必要的资金保证。逐步建立国家级、省级、市级、县级和校级课题研究的完整体系,使课题研究具有更广泛的群众基础,更贴近学校教育教学的实际。在“十一五”省级课题中期评估中,受到专家的高度赞誉。本学期有10项市级课题已经结题。

2、加强校本教研与校本培训,不断促进教师的专业成长。校本教科研是“以师为本”,“以教师的发展为本”为价值取向,主要是解决教师在教育教学中面临的各种具体实践问题,解决新课改在全面推进中教师遇到的困难。具体包括新理念的讨论、课堂教学模式的探索、新课程标准和教材研究、校本课题研究、教育教学反思、教学笔记、教育教学创新、教育教学案例、教法学法实验、校本课程开发等。为使校本教研工作见效快,学校坚持“全员培训”和“先培训、后上岗,不培训、不上岗”的原则,在上级有关部门暑期组织的各类培训的基础上,发挥大学科组和年级备课组的指导功能。学校还让每位教师制订了专业 成长发展规划,并对成长发展规划的实施情况进行督促检查。逐步形成了“区域资源促进校本课程开发、校园网个人资源同学科共享、本校名师资源主导专业引领”的校本教研和校本培训的特色。

3、鼓励撰写教育论文,促进科研工作向成果化转化。为彰显淮北中学的知名度和影响力,我们注重发掘阶段性研究成果,精心组织教师参加省论文评比活动,大力鼓励教师把自己的科研成果通过正常的投稿在省级以上报刊发表,进一步加大对高级别、高层次教科研成果的奖励力度,加大对省级以上论文发表的奖励标准。积极向《江苏教育》、《成才导报》、《江苏教育研究》等报刊推荐稿件。本学期在省级以上报刊发表的论文近20篇,参加省级以上论文评比获奖的有42篇。张颖老师撰写的《植根传统文化,激扬时代精神》获2008“师陶杯”论文评比一等奖,并在颁奖大会上发言。

四、后勤工作

1、做好后勤服务保障工作。我校坚持“服务教育,服务师生,开源节流,及时高效”的后勤管理原则,进一步完善各项管理制度,财务帐目日清月累,数据清楚,报表及时;坚持勤俭办学的方针,少花钱,多办事,办好事,抓好校产统一管理,分部门使用登记工作;对日常易损物品随报随修,对水电滴漏立即维修,对人为损坏的物品做到先赔偿后组织维修;加强校园绿化,对草皮、绿篱、盆景和树木及时进行补植、修剪和维护;及时做好学生代办费的收缴、结算,完成了教学常用物品、学生簿本、教师福利等发放工作;及时做好教职工调资、医保等办理工作;加强对食堂、宿舍的管理,建立健全各项规章制度,增加硬件设备,增强服务意识,定期召开管理人员会议,坚持查房制度,对外出的学生进行登记,严防各类事故的发生,不断听取学生对伙食提出的意见,想方设法改善伙食,努力满足学生的合理要求,让家长放心,让社会满意。

2、完善基础教育设施。本学期新建面积3.85万平方米,内外墙粉刷29140平方,学生自行车摆放场地硬化900平方米,完成了运动场看台地面彩磨和前后看台护栏的安装;建成了根艺馆、书法馆、标本馆、天文馆、校园电视台、心理咨询室、健身房等基础教育设施;重新装备了实验室、图书室、阅览室、微机室、科技馆等教学配套设备,使我校的硬件设施走在全县乃至全市的前列。

2008年7月,市委工作会议观摩团来校观摩时,市委书记、市人大常委会主任张新实同志对我校的西扩工程和建筑品位大加赞赏,并嘱咐市教育局、市城建局领导要组织相关力量到淮北中学学习考察。

五、安全工作

1、重视法制教育,强化安全意识。为切实消除校园安全故事的发生,政教处以规范学生日常行为为基础,积极开展安全教育工作。请来法制副校长县公安局交警大队大队长杨中云等同志为学生开设法治安全和交通安全知识讲座,强化学生法制意识,预防犯罪,打造健康、文明校园;学校先后组织非毕业班学生和保卫人员观摩交警大队和消防大队实战演练,参观公安局举行的赌博机销毁现场和县交通治理推进会,参加泗洪县交通秩序整治统一行动周启动仪式;严格要求16周岁以下不得骑电动车,12周岁以下不得骑自行车,离校园1000米以内的学生步行上学。这些教育方法和制度的实施,既增强了学生的法制观念,又学到了防火、防电、交通安全等基本常识。

2、打造平安校园,营造和谐环境。实行安全问题一票否决制度,积极做好后进生转化工作,重视情感交流和心理疏导;坚持教育与惩罚相结合的原则,加大对违纪违规学生的处理力度;加强安全保卫与宿舍管理,坚持周一、周五例会制度,落实专管人员24小时值 班巡查制度;积极发挥校团委、学生会的桥梁作用,引导学生自我管理、自主管理;完善学校技防设施,提高校园监控、周界报警、电子巡跟三个系统的利用率,有力的遏制了一些不良行为;多次接待了市县领导现场观摩平安校园创建情况,顺利通过了“宿迁市法制教育示范单位”、“宿迁市文明交通示范学校”、“宿迁市十佳安全文明校园”的现场验收。

3、加强设备维护,保证信息畅通。精心维护现有设备,对各办公室计算机、打印机进行定期保养,对扬帆楼网络布线重新维护,及时送修、换装班级损坏的投影机。电教中心和校长办公室积极做好网站建设工作,重新搭建了教务管理系统平台、校内资源库平台,做好学校各类大型活动摄影、摄像工作,确保网络信息畅通无阻。

4、强化防范意识,提高健康指数。加强学校餐饮管理,严把食品原材料进货渠道,严抓饮食卫生和餐厅环境卫生,杜绝饮食安全事故。医务室还定期对食堂的食品卫生状况进行检测,严防腐烂、变质的食品流入食堂,严防发生食物中毒事件的发生,做到了消毒、预防一体化。积极做好全校师生健康监测工作,开展防病治病工作。重视季节性流行病和传染病的预防工作,认真执行流行、传染发病上报制度。体卫处和电教中心还利用校园电视台,组织各年级学生观看健康教育专题片,加强对学生的青春期教育,为学生的身心健康发展作出了积极的工作。

六、党群工作

1、加强党委领导,充分发挥党员的核心作用。进一步完善党建工作制度,努力打造一支朝气蓬勃、真抓实干、廉洁奉公、精干高效的党员干部队伍;继续增强党员干部与群体的凝聚力,积极关心后备干部的成长;正确指导督导室、工会、共青团开展工作;认真做好师生员工的组织发展工作,在学校和谐的组织氛围下,本培养积子450人,有28人加入了党组织,教师5人,学生23人,这充分体现了广大师生思想政治觉悟的进一步提高;关心离退休领导和教职工,他们为学校的教育和发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献,元旦请他们和教工一起联欢,请他们为学校工作提建议、讲要求,为学校发展献计献策,春节期间我们还将按照上级党组织要求,组织人员登门拜访,进行慰问;完成了县委、县政府下达的2008扶贫工作任务,为我校对口挂钩行政村150户贫困户订阅了《农家致富》杂志75份,帮助农民走科学致富之路。

2、参与民主管理,切实维护教职工的合法权益。根据《工会法》、《教师法》、《劳动法》等国家法律法规,我校工会能积极参与学校的民主管理工作,不断地参加民主管理,切实维护广大教职工的合法权益。主要体现在:一是充分发挥教代会作用,如学校的远景规划、学校规章制度、财务收支情况、绩效工作等涉及教职工利益的问题都交由教代会讨论;二是公开学校党建、财务、职评、评先、考核、福利、教学、政教、培训、后勤等整个工作情况。三是积极响应“健康工作四十年”的号召,广泛开展丰富多彩的体育娱乐活动,营造健康祥和的人文校园,四是时刻把群众的冷暖挂在心上,为教职工排忧解难,坚持做好慰问工作,帮助困难职工解决一些实际问题。新的一年里,将在每位教职工过生日时送一份生日蛋糕,真正体现工会是我家、温暖送大家。

3、高扬爱国旗帜,彰显洋溢青春激情的风采。校团委能紧紧围绕学校的中心工作,高扬爱国主义旗帜,不断加强团的自身建设,增强新形势下团组织的凝聚力、战斗力和号召力,团结带领全校广大团员青年积极进取,奋发成才。一是继承革命传统,加强理想信念教育,组织开展好重大节假日的纪念活动。二是积极做好“双推优”工作,一年来,共发展新团员518名,推荐了500名优秀团员青年作为发展对象,并对他们进行了系统的党章、党史等培训。三是多次参加市县大型会议和活动,举办银河艺术团“青春放歌”系列文艺演出,受到了市县领导的高度赞扬。在全县中小学生才艺展示调演中,舞蹈《春天的旋律》等四个节目均获一等奖;在全县纪念改革开放30周年大合唱比赛中,我校教师合唱队代表县教育局参赛获得了第一名。

一学期来,我们应对挑战、开拓进取、扎实苦干,创造了显著的业绩。但我们也清醒地认识到,我们的工作还有着许多不足,与上级领导和广大学生家长的期待还有一定的距离。新的一年里,我们将全面加强教师队伍建设,尤其要加强青年教师的培养力度,构建形式多样的教师发展平台,激励更多的青年教师走向专业成长的道路;着力提升教育教学管理的精细化水平,彻底更新教育教学理念,深入推进课程改革的特色化进程;拓宽有效教学研究思路,探索出符合校情、学情的教学模式,快速提高课堂教学效益;认真践行“爱生如己,教生如子”的教风,务实苦干,积极进取。我坚信,只要大家从思想到行动都能认真落实“攻坚克难,敢于争胜”的学校精神,在道德上自律、学习上自觉、工作上自勉、生活上自强,淮北中学的明天就一定会更加灿烂美好。

今天的新闻说,国家质检总局局长和河北省委常委、石家庄市委书记因为三鹿奶粉事故辞职。此次事故,既处理了地方行政领导——石家庄市市长,又处理了地方党委一把手——河北省委常委、石家庄市委书记;既处理了行业最高主管部门领导——国家质检总局局长,又处理了地方党政一把手,这样的结果可谓顺民意、解民气,为这样的处理叫好。

短短几天,从孟学农的“霉”开二度,到深圳“舞王”歌厅大火相关责任官员的迅速免职;从河南登封煤矿事故后第二天市长被建议免职,到国家质检总局局长等人的辞职,9月以来,中华民族经历了太多的不幸,但中央和相关部门的处理方式却让民众从大不幸中看到了大幸:这就是问责制常态化的曙光。

处罚并不是目的。一个真正优秀的民族是善于从苦难和危机中汲取教训而昂然前行的民族,一个优秀的执政党善于把危机转为契机的执政党。

当前,一些地方之所以发生重大生产安全事故和食品安全事故,是因为一些干部缺乏宗旨意识、大局意识、忧患意识、责任意识,作风飘浮、管理松弛、工作不扎实,有的甚至对群众呼声和疾苦置若罔闻,对关系群众生命安全这样的重大问题麻木不仁。

经常问责这样的官员,就是要抓紧解决党员干部队伍中存在的突出问题,就是要督促官员始终

把民众的安危冷暖记在心上,为民用权、为民履责、以民为本;就是要督促官员防范于未然,避免悲剧的重演。

问责制常态化的意义还在于,经常问责官员,促使其转变作风,带来社会风气的普遍好转。三鹿奶粉等事故发生的原因链中,官员是问题的一个方面,另一个方面是社会道德诚信的普遍缺失。三鹿奶粉事故链中,底层有奶农,中间有奶“头”、奶粉厂大大小小的主管,最上面是行业规则的制定者、食品质检部门官员和地方党政官员。相信这些人对自己的亲戚朋友可能有仁爱之心,但当他们以社会角色发挥社会职能时,为什么却表现出惊人的道德沦丧、麻木不仁、自私冷漠、唯利是图呢?所以,防止三鹿奶粉事故重发的根本方法在于唤醒我们这个社会无数个体的道德自觉和自律,并将这种自觉和自律体现到对制度和规则的普遍尊重和遵从。
