狐假虎威(二)旁白:I think everybody knows the Chinese story 狐假虎威.You know the fox cheat the tiger.When the tiger knew the truth, he felt very angry.He hated the fox very much.Can you imagine when the fox meet with the tiger again, what will happen?

One day, a new story happens.(一)

琵琶弹奏:《金蛇狂舞》

场景:狐狸在前面跑,老虎在后面追。老虎一把揪住狐狸,喘三口气后,将狐狸翻转过来。

老虎:(暴怒地,用手指指着狐狸的鼻子)You cheat me last time.Cheat me!How dare you!Now, you are dying.Ah ha ha ha!

狐狸:(背过头去,小声地):Oh, unlucky!What shall I do?

(回过头来,可怜地):I feel very sorry for cheating you last time,but, but ,but……(左顾右盼)

老虎:(疑惑地)But what?

狐狸:(推脱中)But…….(眼睛往远处上下打量,迷恋状,脚不由自主地走出去)Beautiful!

老虎:(一把将狐狸拽回来)What?

狐狸:(向远处努努嘴)You girl friend Linda!Look, she’s there!

老虎:(傻呼呼,左右张望,急忙放手去找)Where? Where? Linda, I love you!(狐狸乘机溜走)(l老虎望着空空如也的手)I hate fox!(气得上窜下跳)

(二)旁白:Unfortunately, after a few days, the tiger meet with the fox again.老虎在森林里又遇到了溜达中的狐狸,又一下子冲上去把狐狸压在爪下。

(琵琶拨一下弦,以示紧张的情绪。)

老虎:(暴怒地)Now, you can make a choice.You want me bite you head first or your fat leg first?

(先抚摩狐狸的头发,再打量狐狸的腿)

狐狸:(回过头去,表情像遇到鬼)Shit!(又回过头来,非常可怜状)(二胡《梁祝》响起)

Oh, oh, oh, oh, help yourself to some fox please.I hate myself, too.(狐狸捂着脸痛苦地跪下)My mother says I’m not a good boy.I always tell lies.(狐狸突然蹿起来)But, they say, tiger is a kind of strong animal.Maybe the strongest animal in the world.Before I die, can you show me how strong you are?

老虎:(意味深长地)Your old friend!Tiger!

狐狸:(装傻地)Oh, haven’t see you for a long time.How are you?(狐狸帮老虎整理领子,用袖子帮老虎擦衣服)

老虎:(阴险地)Very very nice!Now, I see my lunch.Dilicious!(狐狸听了脚抖)

狐狸大摇大摆地走在前面,后面有两个小喽罗在敲背。一个小喽罗敲得重了。狐狸把手一挥。Go!Go!Go!将其赶走。

一、主题的定义

主题是剧本内容的主导核心,剧本中的故事情节、人物对话、情节动作等都要以主题为中心。关于剧本主题的定义有两种不同的理解 :(1)思想主题说。即苏联文学巨匠高尔基理解下的定义 :主题是从作者的经验中产生、由生活暗示给他的一种思想[1]。(2)情节主题说。悉德 . 菲尔德认为剧本的主题就是人物加动作,剧本的主题即是剧情的展现[2]。

从高尔基所认为的定义中我们不难发现他认为剧本的主题就是生活所带给他的一种启发、一种思想。我们生活在现实社会中,生活的方方面面都可能或多或少的给我们带来一些感悟,而这些感悟可能来源于自身的生活经验,还有可能来源于周围人的讲述或者报刊书籍的学习。例如影片《偷自行车的人》,这部作品的创作背景是在二战后经济萧条的意大利,当时的社会现状是工人们失业、百姓疾苦。借助该影片反映出了低层人民的生活状态,以及现实所带给他们的无奈。

关于情节主题的提出者悉德 . 菲尔德认为,剧本的主题就是人物与动作,剧本的主题即是剧情的展现。人物就是故事中的主角,动作就是指发生了什么事,人物加动作就是指人物遇到了某件事情、并把这件事情表现出来。通过将人物及动作戏剧化,进而推动着故事情节的发展。影片《阿甘正传》通过塑造人物——一个智障儿童,让我们从阿甘身上感受到一种顽强、不放弃、坚忍不拔的优秀品德,从而揭示出作品的主题 :像阿甘这样一个智力不健全的人士都能取得成功,那么正常人在生活中遇到困难时多一份坚持、多一些顽强是不是就会有更大的突破与成功?

对于以上两种定义看起来似乎完全不同,但实际上两者是可以相互依存的。情节主题可以为主题思想服务,通过一系列人物及动作来表现主题 ;而主题思想只有通过人物及动作才能得以体现,所以说两者之间是可以相互依存的。

二、主题的作用

对于创作者而言,一部作品没有明确的主题,就不能清晰地设定好作品中的人物命运及故事情节 ;对于观众而言, 缺乏清晰主题的影片,看完就会产生一种云里雾里、似懂非懂的感觉,不会在心里留下深刻的印象。

(一)明确的主题,会影响和决定剧本创作的方向

电影剧本的创作可能不仅仅需要头脑中的一个想法,更确切的说是需要一个明确的主题去表现这个想法。主题在剧本创作的一开始就应该明确,而不是从情节中逐渐归纳出来的一种结论。创作者在开始阶段就应该明确主题是什么,然后根据主题去选择事件的发展走向,根据主题去选择素材的取舍,主体不同,剧本创作的方向就会不同。

例如我们想写一个关于爱情的剧本,如果主题是想表达一种对社会传统现象的批判,可以写一个富家女与穷小子由于父母心中传统的“门当户对”的观念,最终棒打鸳鸯。以此来反映当时传统观念对人们的压迫。如果主题是想赞美爱情的伟大,同样是写富家女与穷小子的故事,可以写两个人一起奋斗,克服各种艰难,最终幸福的走到一起。这个小例子就足以表明同样是写爱情,主题不同,故事的情节发展不同,作品的最终走向不同,观众看后的反应也会不同。

(二)明确的主题会对人物塑造、情节发展起作用

剧本中的主题要靠人物以及情节的发展来体现,反之主题明确,则更有助于人物的塑造、情节的发展。剧本明确了主题之后,接下来你要考虑的是你的人物究竟该是什么样子、你的情节该如何设定才会才会更好的烘托主题。

(The next morning)

Jack: Ah, the sun is shining, the birds are singing, the breeze is whispering, it should be a perfect day.(He looked out of the window)Oh, my God, the magic beans have grown to a huge beanstalk!It’s can be true, it must be my imagination!

Prince: Help, help.

Jack: The voice came from the clouds, how strange!I must go and see what’s going on up there.(He climbed up.Then he saw the prince was stocked in a castle.)

Prince: Once open a time, there’s a greedy witch who would even destroy the world only to get my hen and harp.

Prince: You don’t understand, the hen can produce many golden eggs, and the harp is made of gold it can sing beautiful melodies.One day, the witch turned me to a giant and flew away with my hen and harp.

Jack: What are you going to do now? 

Prince: Of course I’m going to pay my revenge.Are you going to come with me? 

(At the witch’s house)

Witch: One egg, two eggs, three eggs.Oh, I’m so rich, ha, ha, ha---------

(Jack and Prince ran into the house.)

Prince: You devil, I’m here to fight for justice.Give me my hen and harp back.

Witch: Very well, you want your stuff back? Then you have to knock me down first.

Prince:(picked a script)Oh no, Jack, I don’t know how to gamble!

(Jack won)

Prince: Jack, you’re the best friend that I’ve ever had.But I belong here.This is my home.

Jack:(start weeping)But what about me? What am I going to do? 

Prince: Trust me, you’ll be remembered in my mind until the end of time.In one of the stars I shall be living.In one of them I shall be laughing.And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the stars at nigh.You – only you – will have stars that can laugh.

Jack: I’ll cherish the memories we had together as sparkling diamonds.

(Jack’s mom was gambling)

Mom:(shouting)Oh, my God, oh, my God.Jack, I become a millionaire.

Jake: It’s time for me to go.Good-bye, my friend.Take good care of yourself.

一、小学生涉猎剧本学习需学生建立兴趣

学生看剧是相当有兴趣的,因为作为剧,声音、色彩、光亮和形象无不具有。但作为剧的脚本,只有演员才可感兴趣,也才可以看得懂,或者就是看得比较入门,也因此才能够极为感兴趣。对于小学生而言,去阅读剧本,应当说其难度比较大。并不是剧本之语言有多复杂,而是剧本本身的表现形式是小学生闻所未闻、见所未见的。小学生对那些见所未见闻所未闻的东西能够建立起最起码的阅读兴趣,应当说是可能性不是很大,甚至就是完全意义上的没有。对此,作为阅读教学,作为已经被选入教材的剧本,我们则应当让学生去接触,而且应当让学生去极有兴趣地接触。怎样让学生去饶有兴趣的接触剧本呢?小学中年级有剧本,那是关于公仪休拒收礼物的独幕剧剧本,笔者为了起先就建立起学生的学习兴趣,未曾让学生接触教材文本时,就让学生这样去接触与剧本有关的东西。如一开始,就这样去了解学生,你们喜欢看电影、电视等表演性的东西吗?同学们回答得相当的直接:“喜欢!”然后告诉学生电影电视是那样的好看,演员也是那样演得好。但他们总是依靠一种模子去演出来的,这模子就是人们常常见到的剧本。在让学生听到这些后,又去提醒学生,这所谓的提醒实质意义是一种激将。剧本不是容易看得懂的,需要花细工才能真正意义上学好,如果稍有一点点的马虎,就有可能像是猪八戒吃的人参果———食而不知其味。这样的激趣和激将,将学生的阅读兴趣很好地调动起来。

二、小学生涉猎剧本学习需学生形成认知

小学生一见到剧本,还真有说不尽道不完的乐趣,也有着许许多多的疑惑,阅读时也出现许多令人啼笑皆非的现象。譬如,对剧本的朗读,人物对话的提示语以及相关对白前的动作行为是不需要去读的,学生也将其读了出来。这应当是我们的失误,这应当在学生一接触到文本时就必须建立起一定的认知,也就是说剧本与其他文本是一定区别的,需要给学生以一定的说明,也就是比较充分意义上的剧本知识的传输。如让学生去知道剧本主要由剧中人物的对话、独白、旁白和舞台指示组成。对话也好、独白也好、就是那些旁白都采用的是代言体,一般的剧本就是这样,但戏曲、歌剧等剧本则常用唱词来表现,像课本中的则都是一般的剧本。但光对此进行介绍还没有完全到位,还需要让学生去知道剧本中的舞台指示等内容,这些内容都是以剧作者的口气来写的叙述性的文字说明,包括对剧情发生的时间、地点的交代,对剧中人物的形象特征、形体动作及内心活动的描述,对场景、气氛的说明,以及对布景、灯光、音响效果等方面的要求。这些内容一般多以括号加以括上,这些内容对演员的表演起着较好的指示作用,也对导演起着导演的指示作用。就是对我们一般的人,在阅读感悟人物形象时,也需要对这些指示性内容有个大致的了解。在读其对话、独白或旁白时,浏览一下指示性的内容,对朗读所必须使用的语调、语气和节奏都有很大的帮助。

A mother is doing exercise in the living room when the phone is ringing. And her daughter is in the school now.

Mom: Hello~

Caller: (A boy is crying.) Ha! Your kid is here. Do you hear his voice? If you want to save your kid, prepare the ransom.

Mom: Are you crazy? I don’t have a son!!! Don’t try to cheat me. Stupid guy!

The mother is very angry and hung up the phone. But later… the phone is ringing again…

Mom: Hello~

Caller: Hello~ Are you busy now?

Mom: (I recognize the voice.) You are a fraud, right? Do you want to trick me again? Is it fun? Don’t do such a boring thing, O.K.? I won’t believe you.

Caller: Really? Listen to this.(A girl is crying on the phone, “mom, help me~ help me~)

Mom: Oh~ you are a good actor. This time is better but I still won’t fall into your trap to rob me of my money! If you call again, I will call the cop. Do you understand? (Hang up the phone more angrier.)
