转眼间，几个春秋过去了，我即将离开亲爱的母校，去度过人生的另一个阶段。在离开之前，我希望能为母校尽一份力，也希望校长能采纳我提出的一些建议。

1、修理操场。除了水泥人行道和足球场，学校操场还没有打扫干净。到处都是参差不齐的黄泥和细沙砾石。下雨时，有大量积水，很难风干。不小心踩到黄泥会被带进教室弄脏地板，不小心滑倒还会沾上泥和水。所以我希望校长能在周围的黄沙上铺水泥，在上面建一些花坛和草坪，禁止学生采摘和踩踏花草。这样既解决了雨天泥水问题，又美化了校园环境，净化了空气。

2、在学校的人行道和足球场上放垃圾桶。学生为了方便经常往地上扔垃圾，但是环境被破坏了。所以，如果多放几个垃圾桶，一些学生定期倒垃圾，校园环境会有很大的改善。

3、打开机房，实验室，图书馆。这对学生成绩的提高非常有利。学生有不懂的问题可以参考电脑。为了防止学生在网上做不利于学习的事情，可以禁止人们玩电脑游戏等不良行为。阅览室要把书桌拆了，多换几本对大家都有利的书，对全校开放整理书籍。另外，在阅览室安排一名老师整理书籍，制作一些图书卡片，方便学生借书回家阅读。老师负责完成手续。辅助课的一部分，如美术、音乐、体育、自学等。，课后会在图书馆看书。

黄河是中华民族的摇篮，是海内外炎黄子孙都引以为荣的母亲河。这条蜿蜒曲折数千公里，昼夜奔腾川流不息的大河，自远古蛮荒之时就哺育了两岸的华夏民族，孕育了最初的中华文明。可是如今这个母亲已经没有“君不见黄河之水天上来，奔流到海不复回”的奔放热情，而如今母亲河的源头出现了断流，黄河也面临着成为无源之水的窘境。近现代以来中华民族的母亲河，被无情的蹂躏、践踏和玷污。母亲河的乳汁，正在慢慢失去养份;那滚滚东去的一江污水诉说着母亲河的哀伤。

黄河断流将造成下流地区用水短缺、破坏河川生态、河床裸露、河道输洪能力减弱等后果。

使黄河这种美好印象从人类大脑中删除的主要原因有以下一个：兰州有很多旅游名胜，游客们随手乱丢的垃圾遍地都是。下大雨时，水流会将垃圾冲进黄河使河道堵塞，河床逐渐升高，可见常有人提着网兜打捞垃圾。最重要的一点就是人们大量开垦放牧，森林、草原遭到严重破坏，每当洪水季节，两岸的百姓可遭了殃。

黄河的特点是水少沙多，水沙运行过程不协调。黄河65%的水量来自兰州以上，而90%的泥沙来自中游黄土高原，但二者在时间上常不相适应，当中游来沙多，上游来水少时，就造成河道的严重淤积，洪水位不断抬高，威胁堤防安全。目前，上游兴建了一系列梯级电站及控制性水库，减少了汛期输沙水量，使水沙运行过程更加不协调，泥沙更容易淤积，沿黄两岸工农业用水的大量增加，也使输沙水量相应减少，影响下游河势的恶化。

如何让黄河美好的记忆重现脑海里呢?黄河的治理，近期主要是加强和改善现有防洪体系，充分发挥现有工程的作用。加速郑州铁桥一高村间宽浅游荡性河段的治理，通过控导主流、稳定河势的工程措施，变游荡性河道为流路固定的弯曲河道，是防止产生横河、斜河，确保大堤安全的必要措施。

修建小浪底水利枢纽工程。小浪底位于三门峡以下130千米处，是黄河干流上最后一个峡谷水库，兴建小浪底工程可以缓解三门峡拦蓄洪水的压力，控制三门峡与小浪底间洪水，小浪底可控制流域面积65万平方千米，按设计计算，小浪底工程可拦沙100亿吨，相应减少下游河道淤积77亿吨(相当于20年的总淤积量)，可长期保持有效库容50亿立方米。此外，小浪底工程还可以担负20亿立方米的防凌任务。可基本解除下游凌汛威胁。每年可增加40亿立方米的供水量。水电站总装机156万千瓦，保证电力24—30万千瓦。小浪底水利枢纽工程是以防洪(包括防凌)减淤为主，兼顾供水、灌溉、发电、蓄清排浑、综台利用为开发目标的大型水利工程，可减轻大堤和三门峡水库的压力，增加下游防洪的安全程度，并减少滞洪区的运用。

通过多种途径减缓黄河下游河床的淤积，逐步变地上河为地下河，是治黄的长远目标。水土保持是治理黄河的基本措施，再加以水库拦沙、蓄水调节水沙运行过程及增水冲沙等措施，进行综合治理，使黄河下游河床变淤为冲，从而实现根治的目标。
