2.习惯问题

误区二：过分期待。对孩子的期望值太高，超过了孩子的实际水平，这样容易挫伤孩子的自信心。家长需明白：努力了不一定会成功，但不努力就一定不会成功。成绩退了不要动不动就打骂，应帮其弥补不足。成绩好了，也要帮其总结，提醒不要被胜利冲昏了头脑。

四、对家长教育的一些建议

1、助孩子制订目标。每个学生应有自己的目标，家长要正确引导孩子，帮助孩子实事求是分析自身的现状（学习上的情况、优势、问题），鼓励孩子跳一跳摘到桃。有些同学应鼓励他争取得优，有些同学则鼓励他争取得良，还有些同学则应鼓励他努力后争取得及格，千万不能听之任之，放任自流。

2、多关心子女的学习。同子女多一些交流、沟通，而不是一味的用家长的意愿来要求孩子，当孩子犯错误，或某次考试成绩不好时，不要一味用简单的打骂等方式来教育孩子。要了解孩子的学习上的薄弱环节，分析习题错误的原因，帮助孩子解决学习上的困难，也可以与任课老师一起商量对策（切忌放任、放弃，或只有决心，而无行动）。对孩子的作业要认真检查督促，作业认真是上课认真的保证，上课认真是成绩提高的关键，家长们不遗余力地要抓住孩子回家作业的效率。不能让孩子做做玩玩，玩玩做做，或开小差，走神。做好作业后，结合各科复习要求和孩子的实际情况，进行督促或辅导。

3、多关心子女的.生活。对孩子不光是管管吃饱穿暖，还应关心他们的课余活动是否健康，结交的朋友是否正派，有些学生看了一些有暴力倾向的影视节目或书刊，则进行模仿，喜欢打打闹闹。作为家长，应该让孩子参加健康有益的活动，拒绝参与不正当的游戏与活动，特别是不要让他打游戏机或进网吧上网玩游戏。孩子每天什么时候回家，做了些什么，节假日孩子在家里干些什么事，平时喜欢到哪里去玩，与谁在一起玩，都要做了如指掌。

4、在孩子心中树立榜样。俗话说：“以身教者从，以言教者讼”，“家长是孩子最好的老师”。你们的一言一行，无不影响着你的孩子的性格和品行，如果你自己整天打牌玩乐，或一整天不关心孩子的学习情况与作业情况，则孩子可能认为学习没什么重要的。

5、多与老师交流沟通（来校沟通或电话联系）。要经常向班主任和任课老师了解学生在校情况，向老师反映学生在家的表现，以达到相互了解，共同配合，共同教育的目的。要配合老师的工作，支持学校的决定。首先，大家要相信我们的老师，他们有能力教好你们的子女！我们所做的一切，其出发点和归宿点绝对和你们是一致的，都是为了教育好你们的孩子，我们的学生。我们不可能，也绝不会有意来为难学生，刁难家长。然而，有时候恰恰会好心办坏事，我们的工作得不到个别家长的理解与支持。比如：我们老师有时留学生进行个别辅导，完全是出于责任心，为了你孩子的学习，而有的家长却认为老师是在为难学生。有时，我们的老师为教育学生，在办公室站一会儿，你可能认为在体罚，为难他们。你们说老师有没有这个必要呢？

6、注重教育方法。要多激励，多引导，严要求，切忌增加压力，或放任自流。家长要真正地关心孩子，不能以工作忙为借口，将孩子托付给老人。要注重良好的学习习惯、态度、方法的培养。有些家长要说，我是家长，我怎么会不关心孩子呢，我每天安排好他的吃、睡就行了，学习是孩子自己的事，其实不然，孩子除了在学校的学习时间以外，其余时间都是在家里度过的，家庭教育非常重要。所以，再忙也不能耽误孩子的学习，因为孩子是家庭的希望，是决定一个家庭是否幸福的关键。

7、家庭要为孩子创设良好的学习环境，让孩子有一个相对安静、舒适的学习空间，切忌在房间里看电视、打麻将，打牌，玩电脑游戏等，以免分散孩子学习的注意力。

8、注意劳逸结合，注意营养，保证孩子的睡眠时间，加强体育锻炼。

总之“一切为了孩子，为了孩子一切，”是我们的共同目标。今天的家长会是我们在一起去探讨，怎样让孩子更好去学习，更好成长。对于我们来说，我们履行自己的责任，用我们的爱，去呵护他们，不图什么回报，只想成为他们人生路上的其中一位引路人。今天您的孩子以学校为荣，明天我们的学校以您的孩子为荣。让我们携起手来，共同进步，为了孩子而倍加努力!
