成人高考考试报名一年一次，2021年成人高考报名时间在8月底到9月初，考试时间在10月底。

成人高考报名流程

三、报考对象和条件

7．提交报名信息，获取网报号。网报号是考生以后登录、浏览、修改网上报名信息及办理现场报名确认手续的唯一标识，考生务必牢记自己的网报号和密码。

网报时考生必须特别仔细地核对自己填报的姓名和身份证号信息。如发现错误，须及时在网报系统中修改。

网上报名成功后，考生在网上报名预约的时间内，持相关证件凭网报号到自己所选择的现场报名确认点办理现场报名确认手续，包括进行资格审查、电子照相、缴纳报名费用、确认报名信息等。

（二）现场报名确认

考生必须本人亲自到报名点进行现场报名确认。

现场报名确认流程：考生本人向报名点工作人员领取并填写《2011年湖北省成人高考考生特征证件审核表》（下称《考生特征证件审核表》）——工作人员审核考生报名资格——考生凭工作人员签字的《考生特征证件审核表》交费——工作人员采集考生基本信息及身份证图片并现场给考生拍照——打印《2011年湖北省成人高考考生报名信息核对表》（下称《报名信息核对表》）给考生——考生认真仔细地核对本人的各项信息，确认无误后将《报名信息核对表》和《考生特征证件审核表》一并交报名点工作人员——工作人员打印带有报名号的《考生报名信息核对表》给考生留存。

现场确认办法：

（1）考生填写《考生特征证件审核表》，并在表中“报考资格审核”一栏中粘贴本人的身份证、学历证明复印件；外省户籍考生还须粘贴文件规定的其他证明材料，如：户口簿，录取花名册或档案管理部门、单位人事部门、街道

居委会、公安机关等出具的证明材料等；符合优录照顾政策的考生要在“录取照顾资格”一栏中粘贴有关证明、证件的复印件；

（2）进行资格审查。

资格审查所需证明、证件材料如下（均要求有原件和复印件，原件审核后还给考生）：

①考生本人的二代身份证件；

②报考高中起点本、专科的考生要有高中或中专毕业证；专科起点报考本科的考生要有专科毕业证书，专科毕业证书须能在网上查询真伪；

③符合优录照顾条件的考生要有相关证明材料；

持外省身份证的考生除需以上材料外，还须出具以下证明材料：

①身份证号为外省但有本省户籍的考生须出具本省户口簿；

②湖北省内大、中专院校应届毕业（已获得毕业证书）且未参加工作的外省籍考生，须出具省内高校颁发的毕业证书、入学录取名册复印件和档案管理部门证明。

③在鄂企、事业单位工作的外省籍考生须出具本单位人事部门工作证明、居住地街道居民委员会的居住证明和居住地公安机关的证明；

④在鄂结婚定居、购房或长期居住但未获得湖北户籍的外省籍考生，须出具居住地街道居民委员会的居住证明；结婚定居的还须出具结婚证及夫妻另一方湖北户口簿的原件和复印件，购房的还须出具湖北省房产管理部门发放的房产证。

证件或证明材料不全的一律不得进行现场报名确认。

（3）考生交费。高中起点本科综合科目50元，其他各科每科25元。

（4）核对考生身份证信息、采集考生身份证图像信息、电子照相。

（5）照相结束后，工作人员打印《考生报名信息核对表》交给考生；考生核对无误后，在《报名信息核对表》上亲笔签名，然后将将《考生特征证件审核表》和《报名信息核对表》一并交给报名点工作人员。

喀什地区共设置二个现场确认点：喀什大学继续教育学院（只接收报考本院校考生报名）、喀什地区财贸学校。网上报名时请考生选择相应的报名点，在确认阶段到该报名点办理有关确认手续。

现场确认时间： 9月8日—9月12日

三、报名程序

1、网上报名：

考生须在规定时间内(8月28日—9月7日)登陆新疆成人高考报名网站（http://124.117.250.18），了解报考政策和注意事项，注册用户、填写报名信息。

注意：网上填报信息完成后，要牢记本人的用户名、密码、报名序号和现场确认点（可从网报成功页面打印），通讯地址务必填写清楚，以便院校邮寄录取通知书。

2、现场确认：

考生必须在规定时间内前往网上报名时填写的报名点，现场办理信息确认手续，包括：提交网上报名序号；交验有关证件原件及复印件接受报名资格审核；交纳报名考试费（每人每科23元）；进行电子摄像(必须是考生本人现场拍照)；核对报名信息并签字确认。必须携带身份证原件、未经确认的报名无效！

报考成人高校医学门类临床类、护理学专业的考生，须

提供相应专业资格证书原件及复印件；报考医学门类其他专业的人员应当是从事卫生、医药行业工作的在职专业技术人员；考生报考的专业原则上应与所从事的专业对口。对于不具备上述条件且要求报考医学门类等专业的考生，其毕业后所获得的医学成人高等教育学历文凭将不能作为参加执业医师、执业护士考试的依据，请慎重报考。
