2010年全国大学生物流沙盘模拟大赛预算

全国大学生物流沙盘模拟大赛，是一次全国性的物流专业的大赛。该次竞赛由教育部高职高专工商管理专业教学指导委员会主办，大赛方案符合高职高专培养方向，切实可以提升高职学生物流管理综合运用能力和业务操作熟练程度，特别针对第三方物流公司运营情况，为学生就业打下坚实的基础。

此次大赛云南牵头承办学校为云南昆明冶金高等专科学校，我校由物流协会组队，在带队老师的指导下进行参赛。这是我系物流管理专业第二次次代表学校参加全国性物流技能比赛，参赛队伍本着积极参与，为校争光的精神，切实做好相关的工作，为物流专业的今后发展打下一定的基础。

此次参赛人员共包括：指导教师1名、学生4名，共计5名。由于参赛需要一定费用，现特申请这次参赛所需的费用,其中包括：

1、参加此次大赛需要交纳参赛费600元；

2、所有参赛队伍资料补贴，以及相关培训补贴200元。

3、由于是代表学校团队参赛，队员及指导教师需要统一着装，预计需要300元（每人60元标准，共5人）进行服装采购，4、由于参赛场地为昆明冶金高等专科学校，并且参赛需要一整天时间参赛当天，因此需申请来回车费及伙食补助共计70元。（因需转车，车费来回每人4元，共计20元；午餐费按10元每人标准，共50元）

宣传活动方案

为大力宣传我市推进新型城市化工作的重大意义、主要任务和先进典型，进一步培育广大市民的城市意识，激发和调动广大人民群众关心、支持、参与城市发展的积极性和创造性，深入开展我市城市形象的推介活动，特制定本宣传活动方案。

一、组织领导

本次宣传活动在市推进新型城市化工作领导小组的领导下，成立宣传领导小组，由陈忠辉任组长，毛市甫、夏志强、李泉山任副组长，胡大华、朱建文、黄存光、蔡华、朱庆华、唐治国为成员，具体负责组织策划宣传报道和宣传调度安排。

二、参加单位

市推进新型城市化工作领导小组各成员单位。

三、宣传活动主题

围绕新型城市化，国家文明城市、国家卫生城市、国家森林城市创建与城市让生活更美好等主题开展宣传。

四、宣传活动时间

2010年8月12日—12月31日

五、宣传内容和方式

（一）总体宣传

1、宣传车街头宣传；

2、媒体（电视、网络、报纸）宣传；

3、广告横幅宣传；

4、社区黑板报宣传；

5、广场大屏幕宣传；6公交车、班线车车载电视宣传；

7、学校课堂宣传；

8、简报宣传；

9、短信信息平台宣传；

10、城管志愿者街头宣传。

（二）专项宣传

1、城市规划法规宣传。围绕三城三创；城市建设，规划先行；规划法定，违法必究等主题宣传，由市规划处负责实施。制作横幅8条，于8月25日—30日内制作悬挂在单位门前及城区各交通路口。宣传车流动宣传于8月20日起长期实施。

2、城管法规宣传。由市城管大队负责实施。围绕三城三创；城市管理个个参与，美好环境人人受益等主题，制作横幅8条，于8月20日—25日内制作悬挂在单位门前及城区各交通路口。宣传车流动宣传于8月15日起长期实施。

3、交通法规宣传。围绕三城三创；文明驾驶、安全出行等主题，由市交警大队负责实施。制作横幅8条，于9月1日—5日内制作悬挂在单位门前及城区各公交站点。宣传车流动宣传于8月20日起长期实施。

4、城市公交法规宣传。围绕三城三创；热忱服务、文明乘车；安全出行、拒乘黑车等主题，由市运管所负责实施。制作横幅8条，于9月10日—15日内制作悬挂在城区各公交站点。宣传车流动宣传于8月20日起长期实施。

5、殡葬新风宣传。围绕三城三创；移风易俗、绿色殡葬 ；破除丧葬陋俗、引导文明丧葬等主题，由市民政局负责实施。制作横幅8条，于10月10日—15日内制作悬挂在单位门前及城区各交通路口。宣传车流动宣传于8月20日起长期实施。

6、公共卫生知识宣传。围绕三城三创；城市化与健康；拒绝街头“三无”食品；公共食品安全等主题，由食品药品监督管理局负责实施。制作横幅8条，于10月25日—30日内制作悬 2

挂在单位门前及城区各交通路口。宣传车流动宣传于9月1日起长期实施。

7、城市环保法规宣传。围绕三城三创；节约资源、减少污染；保护碧水蓝天、共建绿色家园等主题，由市环保局负责实施。制作横幅8条，于11月5日—10日内制作悬挂在单位门前及城区各交通路口。宣传车流动宣传于9月1日起长期实施。

8、城市文化品位宣传。制作一部我市新型城市化宣传专题短片，推介我市城市品牌形象，由市宣传部负责实施，市电视台、市文化局、市旅游局、市建设局、市民政局、市交警大队、市城管大队、市运管所等单位配合。内容包括：我市城市新貌；三城三创宣传口号；经济建设项目进展；市民文明礼让；交通安全、出行安全温馨提示；东江湖主题歌曲；旅游资源宣传；殡葬改革新风等。于10月1日起在电视台、广场大屏幕、公交车以及班线车车载电视上长期滚动播放宣传。所需经费由市财政解决。

9、城市意识宣传。围绕三城三创；城市规划及发展战略；城市管理；融入城市、建设城市、共享城市；团结互助、文明礼让；讲究公共卫生，爱护公用设施等主题，切实提高市民城市意识。

（1）市教育局负责：制作横幅8条，于12月5日—10日内制作悬挂在城区各学校路段；联系协调，分批组织城区师生代表参观市工业园区、市污水处理厂、垃圾处理场活动，让师生了解城市的发展、运转和未来，提升师生的城市意识、环保意识；面向城区、中心城镇中小学以及市职业中专师生开展课堂宣讲，从9月1日起形成机制长期实施。

（2）唐洞街道办事处负责：制作横幅8条，于9月5日— 3

10日内制作悬挂在辖区各社区内；指导各社区每月出宣传黑板报1—2期，并长期实施。

（3）鲤鱼江镇政府负责：制作横幅8条，于10月10日—15日内制作悬挂在辖区各社区内；指导各社区每月出宣传黑板报1—2期，并长期实施。

（4）东江镇政府负责：制作横幅8条，于11月5日—10日内制作悬挂在辖区各社区内；指导各社区每月出宣传黑板报1—2期，并长期实施。

（5）资兴市经济开发区负责：制作横幅8条，于12月5日—10日内制作悬挂在各工业园区内。

（三）跟进宣传

1、城建项目建设进展情况；

2、城市管理整治进展（执法案例）情况；

3、先进典型推介；

4、市民意见反馈；

5、人大代表、政协委员视察督导情况；

6、市领导视察督导情况；

7、深入跟踪报道相关乡镇、单位部门表态承诺兑现及市民投诉处理情况。由市推进新型城市化工作领导小组办公室负责每月印发2期工作简报；联系市电视台每月制作2期“城管大整治、城建大会战”专题报道（东江湖在线栏目）及2-3期新闻报道（资兴新闻栏目），电视台要安排专人负责采访编辑事宜。各成员单位要大力协同配合电视台宣传报道工作。所需经费主要从城市维护费中安排解决。

六、工作要求

1、加强领导，落实责任。各责任单位部门要确定一名领导主抓推进新型城市化宣传工作，确定专门的新型城市化宣传专干，要实行严格的目标责任制。各责任单位要及时上报工作进展 4

情况材料。宣传工作要贯彻“大整治、大会战”活动始终，常抓不懈。

2、主题鲜明，与时俱进。各相关责任单位部门要坚持立足现实，与时俱进，锐意创新，整合我市城市形象因子，将城市形象信息综合地表现出来，构筑我市城市品牌形象理念，使人民群众对我市城市定位产生清晰、明确的印象，引导全市人民理解政府，支持政府，配合政策的执行，服务城市品牌发展战略。

3、督查到位，严格奖惩。市新型城市化办要加大对各有关单位部门推进新型城市化宣传工作开展的督查力度，鼓励各有关单位部门向各级各类刊物投稿，扩大宣传声势。通过严格督查，进行一月一汇总，一月一通报，奖优罚劣，保证城市化工作顺利推进。

各单位部门要把推进新型城市化工作作为一项重要工作来抓，通过制定详细的宣传方案，掀起宣传新型城市化工作的热潮。全方位、深层次、多角度地宣传新型城市化工作的重要意义以及新举措、新动向。通过广泛宣传，使我市加快新型城市化的战略举措家喻户晓，人人皆知，形成全社会都来关心、支持、参与新型城市化建设、管理的浓厚氛围。
