先说说我的基础吧。我是03届的，当年高考英语136(据说那张卷子还是挺难的)；四级仅在考前最后一天做了一份最近的真题，几乎就是裸考的，成绩么九十几；考六级之前英语中级口译的资格证书也已经搞定了，both笔试and口试。吹这些并不是在炫耀点什么，而只是想说明这篇东东相对而言可能更适合起点高一些的同学参考罢了。应该讲我当初也是觉得过肯定没问题的，就是如果想拿优秀的话或许偶的备考模式会显得效率比较高一点，实践起来更为轻松一些，而效果也不会差到哪里去(至少本人是这么认为的)。简而言之，我的经验就是如何教基础不错、也不想花太多精力的懒人拿高分！

首先，去报一个班读读吧。我是1月考，暑假读的班。由于离考试还有相当长的一段时间，所以读起来会比较轻松一点。老实说对于基础本就不错的同学而言，老师教的许多应试技巧意义不是太大的，

要么俺是牛人俺用不着，要么就是早已运用得娴熟自如而不自知了，现在不过是经由别人的口中转述、表达出来而已。那么或许就有人要问：那读新东方还有意义吗？答案当然是肯定的。通过一段时间在新东方的学习，你将发现自己的底气会更足，而不必再担心优秀是否真的那么难以企及。当然，在这之前还有一个前提，那就是你上课的态度。我的习惯一向是上课尽量做到认真听讲，争取最大限度地理解老师所阐述的内容，课后把布置的作业完成就行了，其他诸如预习、复习之类的工作懒人如我是从来都没兴趣去做的。毕竟是你自己选择出钱坐到课堂里来的，那既然都决定要把时间花在这上面了，何不好好地利用起来呢？

读完班之后那些笔记啊、磁带啊、参考书啊基本上就都没什么用啦，除了某本资料里面的几页。在这里可以拍胸脯保证，把这六级核心词汇表上的单词背熟之后再做六级的词汇真题绝对会有豁然开朗的感觉。至于这些单词怎么背相信每一个人都有自己独到的方法，在此就不赘述啦。

最后说一下备考进程安排。所有的工作在考前一个月左右开始准备就真的已经足够了。需要强调的是做题就要做真题，去找一本历年真题汇编，背完那张核心词汇表之后就可以开始做了。我考前一共做了六套，最后一套就是在考前的最后一天搞定的。考试的时候一定要聚精会神，集中所有的注意力去做题，千万不要想得太多、患得患失，那样纯粹是在浪费时间和精力，只会把自己越吓越怕。还有就是要控制好时间，通过考前的真题模拟逐渐摸索出适合自己的进度，并踏着这种最熟悉的节奏充满自信地去完成考试。If you think you can, then you can.
