2013年暑假期间,中央电视台推出了《中国汉字听写大会》节目,由央视主播主考,社科院专家当裁判,14岁上下的小选手们同场竞技听写汉字。节目中还设置了成人参与的现场体验团。“成人体验团”现场抽测,“癞蛤蟆”三字难倒了七成的现场观众,“熨帖”一词更是只有10%的正确率。“成人汉字书写低能”的话题。引起人们反思。

因为这些方块字,央视一向端庄的女主播在节目录制现场急得连拍演播室的桌子;复旦大学历史系教授钱文忠在演播室里激动地攥紧了拳头,连呼“天哪”;学者于丹坐在台下大声叫好。

看上去,只是在观看一群小朋友写汉字,但对这样的“考试”不屑一顾的人也改变了看法:“开始觉得不就是一个简单的游戏嘛,但接着看下去,发现自己是个白痴!”而许多毕业于正规大学中文系,而且现在正在从事出版编辑工作的人在看完节目后也坚定的认为,自己的语文一定是数学老师在体育课上教的!

二、构思点拨

这是一个紧扣时代热点的材料作文题目,同时也是和学生生活密切相关的作文题目。高中阶段的同学都要面临高考,同样也面临着汉字书写的问题,因此这个题目,学生也应当有话可说,可事可写,有情可抒。然而要写好这个材料作文也并非易事,因为作文材料中的“汉字危机”已经限定了写作内容,考生只能围绕着这一现象写作,而不是写作其他的内容,这样学生的写作从内容、立意都受到了限制。尽管如此,本材料作文在审题立意上还是可以从多个不同的角度进行写作的。

(1)汉字危机现象的危害。对汉语汉字的普遍蔑视会逐步消解和瓦解国人的文化认同和民族认同。中国辞书学会会长江蓝生批评说:“我们前辈有一句话叫‘敬惜字纸’,这种对于汉字、对于自己母语敬畏、尊重的传统,我们现在到哪儿去找?”相反,江蓝生认为,一些人随意拿汉字、汉语调侃、戏谑,来解构汉语的语法规则,歪曲一些字的形音义,这种现象已非常普遍。长此下去,作为母语的汉字本体就会发生蜕化和异化,它反过来就会侵蚀我们的精神和文化。

(2)汉字危机的成因分析。从某种意义上说,汉字书写的困难是当今全球化引发的文化危机的一个方面、一种反映。全球化在经济上体现为跨国公司,经济产业链的全球配置,在文化上则体现为西方文化,或者说是拼音文化的扩张。因键盘的使用而引起的这一轮的汉字危机,也是一种现代性的危机。以键盘为标志的电子技术,是一种现代技术,它已经全面接管现代社会的运转,塑造了现代生活的面貌。放弃键盘,理论上在一个封闭环境(比如一个国家内部)也许可以做到——事实上,根本做不到。因为

这意味着放弃了效率,放弃了与世界接轨,也就是放弃了“现代化”。

(3)汉字危机现象的反思。在20世纪最初的几十年,不少重量级的文化人物曾经非常激进地批判汉字文化,他们中有的人认为汉字与现代世界文化格格不入,主张学校都要采用拼音文字;还有的人甚至主张废除汉字,采用罗马字母。这些主张是激进的,因而,可以说是革命性的,这是当时中国先进分子对国家富强的强烈诉求在文化层面上的反映。汉字作为旧文化的突出代表,被当作进步的绊脚石,必须彻底地搬开,才能产生新的文化。在现在看来,这可能就是汉字的危机,可当时的人不这么看,不仅没有看作是危机,反而认为是革命,是变革的机会。

为什么对于汉字的几乎差不多的做法,在一个时期是革命,在另一个时期反而成了危机?我们认为,这是因为时代格局发生了变化,由此带来的问题也发生了变化。在批判汉字、追捧拼音文字的时候,当时的中国社会面临的问题是:落后和封闭的中国有被世界现代化潮流抛弃的危险。在这种情况下,激烈地批判本国语言,主张拼音文字,目的就是为了与世界接轨,搭上现代化的“班车”,赶上那一波全球化潮流。而现在,中国已经在全球化潮流中,人们无处不在地享受着现代化的种种便利,键盘书写带来的此轮汉字危机,是在全球化时代如何保持自身文化独立性和独特性的问题,是如何避免体现在文字书写当中的本民族历史、文化和思维方式不被技术整合,因而可以说是对全球化和现代性的一种应激性反思。

(4)汉字危机的应对措施。随着IT技术的发展,在数码电子产品和传统的汉字书写这两方面,我们既不能顾此失彼,也不能因噎废食,一方面不可能脱离现实,抵御各种数码产品和新技术,回归单纯的笔纸时代,另一方面又要保留传统,传承文化,汉字书写决不可荒废遗忘。需要在这两者之间找好平衡点,掌握一个“度”。

【大猜想二】文明出游,塑造中华儿女好形象

(一)一则来自台湾电视台的报道说,2007年3月27日,野柳地质公园接待一批来自大陆常州的旅客后,公园的岩壁上刻了简体字“中国常州赵**”字样,岩壁上以前是没有字的。为此,台湾观光局要求海旅会必须适当处理相关人员。2013年5月24日,网友“空游无依”发微博称,他在埃及卢克索神庙旅游时,在浮雕上看到“丁锦昊到此一游”,并为国人轻易毁坏千年文物的行为感到震惊和羞愧。8月初,一组中国人在法国卢浮宫水池泡脚的照片在网上传开并引发争议,有网友认为这“煞风景”的举动是国人低素质的表现。

(二)2013年5月17日国务院副总理汪洋呼吁中国游客注意言行。他强调要树立“中国游客的良好形象”。汪洋近日在贯彻实施《中华人民共和国旅游法》的电视电话会议上,批评部分中国游客的素质和修养不高,常常遭到媒体的非议,有损国人形象。他列举了包括公共场合大声喧哗、旅游景区乱刻字、过马路时闯红灯、随地吐痰等行为。

(三)每逢黄金周和节假日,广大游客在尽情享受休闲和美食美景的同时,不文明出游现象与如影随形。升旗过后的天安门广场留下5吨垃圾,游客不顾警示随意攀爬圆明园古墙遗址,宁波雅戈尔动物园里游人用纸屑向动物投食,绵阳罗浮山温泉里有小孩小便致停泡清理;泰山步道旁苹果核、橘子皮不时从山上滚落„„人们不禁反思,在不文明出游现象纷涌而至之时,到底如何才能真正实现文明出游?

(四)“凑够一撮人就可以走了,和红绿灯无关”。近日,一位网友发布的“中国式过马路”的微博火了。图片上,有好几位行人并没有走在斑马线上,而是走在旁边的机动车变道路标上,其中有推着婴儿车的老人,也有电动车、卖水果的三轮车。这条微博引起了不少网友的共鸣。

从过去全力拼经济,到如今行有余力能关心民众的文明素质,而且关注到民众在外地旅游的行为举止。在讨论公民旅游文明素质时,官方媒体明确将之与中国崛起与建设“软实力”挂钩;而中央部门能以摆事实的姿态,不加掩饰地自揭其短,正说明,中国真的是非常自信了。

“中国式过马路”无疑是增加交通事故的一个原因。国民素质是一种相互影响的社会现象,但同时也需要科学的制定现实可行的法规条文来保障各方面的利益。随着法律意识的增强,随着对司机惩罚的增强,而“中国式过马路”最终也会得到改变。
