很高兴能在这里与大家共同交流、探讨、学习。我演讲的题目是《让执行力充满激情》,希望能与大家共勉。说起执行力,让我想起美国作家费拉尔.凯普的《没有任何借口》这本书。“没有任何借口”是美国西点军校奉行的行为准则,它要求每个学员都必须想尽办法去完成任何一项上级交办的任务,而不是把时间浪费在寻找不能完成的借口。西点的核心价值就在于此,就在于没有任何借口所体现出的一种责任心,一种高度的敬业精神,一种完美的执行力。而完美的执行力,正是我们做好办公室工作所迫切需要的,正是我们深入学习科学发展观最切实际的落脚点。哪我们怎样去追求完美的执行力呢?我认为,就是靠激情。

记得几年前,在一部《激情燃烧的岁月》中,石光荣以他激情燃烧的革命生涯,再一次开启了无数人心中封存已久的激情!两年后,一个“富有激情的干部”——牛玉儒,再一次用燃烧的激情感动了内蒙古草原,感动了中国。是的,在严酷的战争年代,需要激情;在火热的建设年代,需要激情。而今天,在激流奔涌的改革时代,加快加快发展的伟大

事业中,同样需要激情。当前,彭山的发展,正处于艰难爬坡、负重前行的关键时刻,正处于快则进、慢则退的十字路口,要度过难关,止滑回升,要实现“保增长、保民生、保稳定”等各项既定目标,我们必须要拥有强大而充满激情的执行力。

有人会说,执行力就是一丝不苟的把自己的本职工作干好,不须要什么激情。但我要说,你错了。这里,我想起一个故事:有两个年青人正在建筑工地上劳动,有人就问:“你们在做什么呢?”一个人答道:“我在砌砖”;而另一个人骄傲地告诉他:“我,在建一座宫殿。”,同样是砌砖,两个人的工作心态却是截然不同的。第一个人把砌砖当成目标,工作自然索然无味,若干年后他仍就是个砌砖工;而第二个人,心中怀揣建造宫殿的激情,若干年后,他已成为法国赫赫有名的建筑大师。

当前,我们正处于一个激情燃烧的时代,改革的壮举、发展的机遇,每时每刻都在为激情之士提供大展身手的舞台。我们这里所说的激情,不是头脑发热、盲目蛮干,而是在科学发展观指导下的主动作为;不是一时的感情冲动、虎头蛇尾,而是可持续发展中的坚韧不拔;更不是个人生活的浪漫多情,而是对事业的执着追求。90年代,国家还不允许私营企业进入汽车制造行业,但有一个年轻人却冒着万贯家产打水漂的危险,凭着对汽车产业的热爱,自己动手拆解、研究汽车结构,开始了独立研究轿车制造。在一次中央领导视察地方时,他鼓足勇气说:能不能给我一个失败的机会!这个冒着巨大风险进行激情创业的年轻人就是现在的吉利集团董事长李书福。给我一个失败的机会!这句响亮的话给我们留下很多值得思考的东西。是啊,成功女神并不垂青所有的人,但只要我们充满激情,参与、尝试,即使没有成功,我们同样会感受到过程中的快乐!

工作中最优秀的人,不一定是能力最强的人,维有充满激情,具有强大的执行力,才是干成事业的关键。世上只有一个天才贝多芬,也只有一个神童莫扎特,更多的人是用激情,用执行力化平淡为辉煌。

古之成大事者,不惟有超世之才,亦有坚忍不拔之志!主宰世界的是你,放弃世界的仍然是你,只要我们充满激情,只要我们有强大的执行力,我们就一定会成功,一定会做得更好!

这学期,在和学生读书共勉、互相增益的过程中,我时时体验着读书带给自己的充实和愉快,也深切地感悟到读书对培养学生人文精神的重要。捧读朱永新教授的《我的教育理想》,感觉到字里行间透露出的那种快乐的、诗意的、激情的、活力的情绪,我的理想也跟随朱永新教授的教育理想一起跳跃,一起兴奋。

朱永新教授以轻松、流畅的笔调从人文科学、现实生活、教育实践等几方面,勾画了自己的“教育理想”。《我心中的理想学校》、《我心中的理想教师》……均以一种口语化的平易风格娓娓道来,好像在与读者促膝而谈,平等地交流着自己的思想与观点。朱教授说:“我心中的理想教师,应该是一个胸怀理想,充满激情与诗意的教师。”对这一理念,我感受颇深:

一、源头活水是理想

教育是需要理想和信念的事业,教育因为有了理想而更有目标,因为有了理想而更有理性。所以,我的教育理想是:做一个充满激情和诗意的教师。为了使课堂达到理想效果,我经常在课堂上来点“小插曲”:有时讲个笑话;有时出个脑筋急转弯;有时给点小幽默;有时即兴作首诗……大大激发了学生学习的积极性。当然,我也会让学生积累一些优美诗句,并启发学生尝试着写诗。我为学生开辟了一片诗情画意的空间,增添了多彩的乐趣。可见,教育需要不断地追求与探索。

二、激情与诗意同行

有人说教育是一首诗,可以是田园诗,可以是古体诗,也可以是抒情诗,有各种各样的情调与内涵。尽管教师的工作充满辛苦,甚至有时饱含痛苦,但只要将这一切转化成一种诗意的体悟,你就会从中收获幸福和快乐。如,今年春天,学校组织了春游活动,结束后,有的学生办了质量很高的手抄报,有的写了优美的叙事散文,有的诗配画……请欣赏我班何帅同学写的诗:《春游》
