不知不觉间，来到湖北公安科技成果推广有限公司已经有3年时间了，在工作中，经历了很多酸甜苦辣，认识了很多良师益友，获得了很多经验教训，感谢领导给了我成长的空间、勇气和信心。在这几年的时间里，通过自身的不懈努力，在工作上取得了一定的成果，但也存在了诸多不足。回顾过去的一年，现将工作总结如下：

二、在工作中主要存在的问题有：

对工作认识不够，缺乏全局观念，对工作缺少了解和分析，对工作定位认识不足。不过我相信，在以后的工作中，我会不断的学习和思考，从而加强对工作的认知能力。

三、工作心得

在今年的工作中，各位同仁加强了团队意识。在体院人才楼、华工科技园及药监局的验收前期，大家互相配合，在验收前发现问题、解决问题，这样的团队一定会攻无不克、战无不胜。工作中，很多工作是一起完成的，在这个工程中，大家互相提醒和补充，大大提高了工作效率，并把问题处理的及时、有效和清晰。

现在的我经常冷静的分析自己，认清自己的位置，问问自己付出了多少;时刻记得工作要细致，个人得失要模糊计算;遇到问题要及时解决，出了问题要勇于担当。

在工作中，经过实际的教训，认识到领导所交代的问题要第一时间汇报。减少因为自己对业务的不熟，而做出错的`事。

在工作中，我学到了很多技术上和业务上的知识，也强化了生产的质量、成本、进度意识;与身边同事的合作更加的默契，都是我的师傅，从他们身上学到了很多知识技能和做人的道理，也非常庆幸在刚上路的时候能有他们在身边。我一定会和他们凝聚成一个优秀的团队，做出更好的成绩。

四、工作教训

经过这几年的工作学习，也发现了自己的很多不足，要体现在工作技能、工作习惯和工作思维的不成熟，也是我以后要在工作中不断磨练和提高自己的地方。仔细总结一下，自己在今年的工作中主要有以下方面做得不够好：

1.工作的条理性不够清晰，没分清主次和轻重缓急;

在工作时间很仓促的情况下，事情多了，就一定要有详细而主次分明的计划，哪些需要立即完成，哪些可以缓缓加班完成。

2.工作不够细致;

平时的工作缺少一个随时反省随时更新修改的过程，虽然工作也经常回头看、做总结，但缺少规律性。

3.缺少平时工作的知识总结;

在工作总结上有了进步，但仍不够，要每天、每周、每月做好工作计划。在以后的工作中，此项也作为重点来提高自己。

在以后的工作中，我一定时时刻刻注意修正自己不足的地方，一定会养成良好的工作习惯，成长为一名公司优秀的员工。

五、工作计划

其中，以下几点是我下年重点要提高的地方：

1、要提高工作的主动性，做事干脆果断，不拖泥带水;

2012党建工作思路、计划

一、2012党建工作思路：

深入贯彻党的十七大以来历次全会精神，以“创先争优”活动和“创建学习型党组织”活动为载体，加强基层党组织建设，从健全基本组织、建强基本队伍、开展基本活动、完善基本制度、落实基本保障入手，全面落实长运公司各项工作部署，把党建工作融入到企业稳定发展和生产经营这一中心工作之中，围绕中心、服务大局，扎根基层，创新发展，深入开展“为民服务创先争优”活动，持续推进“四好”领导班子创建，着力加强干部和职工队伍建设，不断提升党建工作科学化水平，团结和带领全体党员克难攻坚，努力奋斗,以确保各项目标任务的全面实现。

在具体的党建工作中必须始终坚持以下要求和原则：

坚持“一个理念”：坚持科学发展，创一流品牌，圆满完成任务。处理好“二个关系”：党建工作与中心工作的关系；发展与稳定的关系。树立“三个意识”：危机意识；责任意识；群众意识。

把握“四个原则”：安全稳定；统筹兼顾；创新发展；扎根基层。

二、2012党建工作计划：

为更好推动客运公司两个文明建设，积极推进支部党建工作更加扎实有效地开展，促进各项工作再上新台阶，根据上级党委的有关要求，结合客运一公司实际，特制订《客运公司党支部2012党建工作计划》，具体如下：

（一）指导思想：

以邓小平理论和三个代表思想为指导，认真贯彻落实党的十七届五中、六中全会和长运公司党委党建工作精神，坚持科学发展观，切实搞好支部党建工作，充分发挥在经济发展中党组织的战斗堡垒作用和广大党员的先锋模范作用，确实加强班子建设和干部队伍建设，为长运公司发展和进步提供强有力的思想保证和组织保证。

（二）工作目标：

通过各项创先争优活动，进一步提高服务质量、提升服务水平、打造服务品牌，具体工作目标如下：

一是继续深入开展“竹乡先锋”创先争优活动；

二是支部争创“先进党支部”；

三是所属安杭快客班组进一步巩固和深化“工人先锋号”创建成果；

四是所属公营班线争创“省级文明示范班线”；

五是所属公营快客争创“浙江快客文明示范班车”；

六是所属公营城际公交继续深入开展“车厢文化创建”。

（三）具体工作：

一是加强党支部自身建设和党员建设工作。

紧紧围绕“强组织、增活力，创先争优迎十八大”这一主题，着力寻找和解决党组织和党员建设方面所存在的薄弱环节，着力完善制度建设，坚持“五个一”标准，以促进企业发展和职工满意作为检验各项工作和活动成效的标准，坚持深入生产一线、联系实际，切实报各项工作和任务落到实处。

加强组织发展工作，认真贯彻“坚持标准，保证质量，改善结构，慎重发展”的方针，重视和加强入党积极分子队伍的培养教育，建设一支数量相对充足、素质较高的积极分子队伍。根据积极分子的不同情况与要求，有针对性地进行教育和培养。

二是加强班子建设和干部队伍建设。

抓住加强党内民主建设这个重点，积极探索改进作风、扩大民主、维权保障和党工共建新途径，更好的发挥思想政治工作优势和群众工作优势，扎实抓好干部队伍能力和作风建设，从抓关键、抓制度、抓典型、抓机制入手，着力解决干部队伍和党员中所表现出来的各种问题，深入开展作风纪律整顿，切实增强广大党员和干部的危机意识、责任意识和争先意识，及时组织管理以上人员参加长运公司组织的各类学习和培训活动，进一步提升工作能力，不断改进工作作风，有效推进管理优化，努力促进干部和党员素质的提高和工作责任心的增强，从而形成肯干事、能干事、干成事、不出事的良好作风，为企业改革发展稳定保驾护航。

三是认真做好日常党建工作。

严格加强党员的日常教育与管理工作，认真执行“三会一课”制度，积极新党员的发展工作，以实际行动迎接党的十八大的胜利召开。

四是进一步开展扶贫帮困走访和送温暖活动。

关心职工生活，做好职工节日慰问和“1+1”互助基金会工作，落实帮困政策，积极开展送温暖活动，及时解决员工思想问题和生活困难，为职工办好事，办实事。

五是积极开展文明创优活动。

第一，坚持“思想建设、组织建设和作风建设有机结合”的党建工作思路，切实加强支部建设、强化党建工作的力度，紧紧围绕长运公司中心工作积极开展党建工作，努力争创“先进党支部”。

第二，以提升企业形象、提高职工素质、改善服务质量，着力营造学先进、赶先进、争先进的良好氛围为抓手，按照“练一流素质、建一流队伍、创一流业绩、树一流形象”的总体要求，在公营杭州快客、湖州快客等班线中，从“服务质量、安全行车、机务成本、车容车貌”等方面考核入手，开展“省级文明示范班线”、“浙江快客文明示范班车”争创活动，认真对照相关争创标准和要求，来进一步规范公营班线的经营行为和服务水平，力争有更多的班线入选“省级文明示范班线”、更多的班车入选“浙江快客文明示范班车”。

一年来，团区委充分发挥共青团服务大局、服务社会的功能，围绕党政中心工作，围绕国家文明城市创建，广泛发动团员青年，开展了一系列促进精神文明建设的活动，形成了良好的社会氛围。

“志愿者进社区”活动暖人心

一年来，团区委在切实为青少年成长成才提供有效服务上下功夫，以先进性教育活动和增强团员意识主题教育为契机，坚持上下联动，创新载体，关心了解青少年，千方百计地为青少年成长成才解决实际问题，在服务中做青少年的贴心人。

一个读书基地喜成立

团区委、区少工委响应市政府创建学习型社会倡议，为服务外来青少年，在图书馆少儿馆成立了“区外来创业者子女读书基地”。读书基地立足于为外来创业者子女办实事，办好事的原则，免费为他们提供各类优秀课外书籍，并在望花小学设立了图书馆少儿图书流通站，首期提供种期刊和册图书。读书基地经常举办各类读书活动，切实关心外来创业者子女的学习生活，培养阅读习惯，让他们有一个健康、有益的成长环境。月，区青联接待了韩国大邱东北青年会议所来访，韩国客人向望花小学捐赠万韩元，用于读书基地的建设。

两本服务手册赢赞誉

为帮助广大青年享用比较周全的资讯服务，方便日常生活，提高办事效率，月底，由团区委组织编写的《市民资讯手册》编印完成，并正式向全区各社区居民免费发放。手册既包含文明城市创建有关知识，又向市民提供了一些常用电话和法律知识，还推出教育培训、保险金融证券、生活消费等咨询服务类别，成为一道展现我区各服务行业的风景线。此外，针对未成年人的安全教育问题，配合“平安越城”创建活动，团区委着眼于树立少年儿童的自护自救观念、形成自护自救意识、掌握自护自救知识、锻炼自护自救能力，组织编印了《安全教育・父母宝贝》手册，并在月份开始在市区部分幼儿园、小学及绍兴图书馆少儿馆向少年儿童和家长们进行免费发放。

在当前形势下，充分利用互联网阵地，正确教育引导广大团员青年，对推动共青团工作尤为重要。为此，团区委开通了“年”和“区青年创业联盟”两大网站，专门服务于越城区及各基层团委、青少年组织、团干部、青少年以及创业联盟会员等。网站的建成并日趋完善，进一步加强了我区共青团的信息化建设，为全区各级团组织更加紧密地联系广大团员青年构建了新的桥梁和纽带，为广大团员青年提供了学习、交流和展示才华的新阵地。此外，亭山小学为扩大红领巾博物馆的影响力，进一步做好学校的少先队工作，正式开通了红领巾博物馆网站，使学生在网上就能了解红领巾博物馆的最新动态和学校的各项工作情况，还能够和老师在网上进行交流沟通，扩大了影响力。

四项文体活动造氛围

团区委贴近青少年，寓教于乐，组织开展丰富多彩的文体活动。一是举办市区机关青年乒乓球比赛。为活跃机关文体活动，倡导健康、文明、时尚的休闲方式，月，团区委举办了“杯市区机关青年乒乓球比赛，增强了机关干部体质，为大家交流球技、加深友谊提供了一个很好的平台。二是开展阳光宝宝大赛。为迎接六一儿童节，团区委和商报联合主办了首届“金色童年杯”阳光宝宝大赛。在比赛中，小朋友们一展自己的绝活，展现了越城儿童的风采。三是办好少儿读者夏令营。团区委和绍兴图书馆少儿馆在月联合主办了“安全教育・父母宝贝”越城区首届酷儿杯少儿读者夏令营，通过观摩灭火演示和高楼攀爬，听消防安全知识讲座，使青少年增强了安全意识，掌握安全防范知识，提高处置危险情况的本领。四是举行单身青年都市派对。月，团区委举行了区首届单身青年都市派对，来自市区各行各业的余名单身青年参加了这次活动。活动以互动游戏、智力问答、卡拉、玫瑰拍卖等丰富多彩的形式为参与者创造轻松、活泼、有趣、宽松的交友环境。

四、坚持以改革促发展，着眼长远事业，团的自身建设开创新局面

一年来，团区委以增强团员意识主题教育为抓手，坚持党建带团建，注重加强团组织建设，加强团员团干部队伍建设，广泛联系和团结青年，因地制宜，立足改革，建立健全长效机制，进一步增强了团组织的号召力、凝聚力。

镇街团委换届选举已落实

今年是镇街团委的换届之年，团区委在月就专门召开会议，就镇街团委换届选举工作的重要意义、指导思想和换届选举工作的开展做了详细的说明和具体的部署，要求各镇、街道团委要充分听取党委及有关领导的意见，把换届选举工作纳入重要议事日程，制定出周密的换届选举工作实施方案，认真组织实施；在广泛听取意见的基础上，按照选举程序，选举产生符合条件的团代会代表，确保换届选举工作顺利进行。会议后，各镇街团委积极协调各方面力量，早做准备，积极落实，适时召开了团代会，优化了团干部结构，加强了团干部队伍建设。目前，全区已有个镇街按期进行了换届，其他基层团组织也全部顺利完成换届，预计在明年初将完成所有镇街团委的换届。
