1援观察自己的家乡。

人人都有自己的家乡, 怎样才能写出家乡与众不同的地方特色呢?这就需要学生们对家乡的景物做一番深入细致的观察。因此, 在写作之前, 我要求学生利用双休日, 对自己的家乡进行一次大搜索。我事先教给学生一定的观察方法:首先找到自己最喜欢的或认为最值得观察的景物;接着从景物的形态、颜色、变化等角度去观察, 观察时要按一定的顺序;最后及时记下自己的观察所得, 这样写作的时候就有素材了。通过观察自己的家乡, 学生零距离感受到家乡景色的美丽, 发掘出家乡中那些易被忽视的闪光点, 同时享受到观察的快乐, 唤起写作的兴趣。

2援夸夸自己的家乡。

二、悉心指导, 授之以渔

1援抓住家乡景物与众不同的特点。

世间万物各不相同, 抓住特点, 是写好文章的前提。家乡一定有许多美丽迷人的景物, 但是在作文中我们不可能面面俱到, 一个一个地去介绍, 而是要突出特点、抓住关键。以《珍珠泉》为例:这眼泉得名“珍珠泉”, 是因为那晶亮的、饱满的、一嘟噜一嘟噜从潭底冒出来的水泡“多像一串串彩色的珍珠啊”!文章写出了珍珠泉的特点:绿、清、深、美。在习作前, 我要求学生好好借鉴一下, 务必要写出家乡独有的特点, 如:写出家乡最具有代表性的景物, 家乡景物在不同季节的不同风光……总之, 我要求学生心中明确自己要写什么, 要写出自己的家乡, 而不是别人的家乡;要写出别人的家乡所没有的, 要有自己的“家乡味”。

2援按照一定的顺序描绘家乡。

凡事皆有序, 有序则顺, 无序则乱。描写景物也要有一定顺序, 否则习作便会显得杂乱无章。写景物可以按空间顺序或时间顺序来写。按空间顺序写就是取一个固定的观察点, 按照由远到近、从上到下、从内到外等顺序依次写出各个位置上的景物, 或者随着观察者位置的变化来依次描写景物。按时间顺序写就是同一景物在不同的时间里是有变化的, 如按春、夏、秋、冬的季节顺序, 或按晨、午、暮、夜的时间顺序来描写等。按照一定的顺序描绘家乡, 可以使景物丰富多彩、摇曳生姿, 使描写富于变化、生动形象, 使文章富有层次感、结构清晰。至于选用哪一种顺序, 则应根据实际情况和表达需要来确定。先写什么, 再写什么, 最后写什么, 一定要条理清楚, 才能让没有到过你家乡的人一读便一目了然, 甚至有身临其境的感觉。

3援融入自己对家乡的深情。

景物是客观的, 而人则是有情的。一篇好的习作一定要融入作者的主观情感。因为没有感情色彩的景物只不过是苍白的美丽“躯壳”, 难以达到感人的目的。因此, 在指导本次习作中, 我要求学生在介绍家乡的景物时, 心中一定要充满对家乡的自豪感、喜悦感;在景物描写的字里行间, 一定要把自己对家乡的热爱之情自然而然地融进去, 就像《珍珠泉》的作者描写完珍珠泉的特点后写道:“这就是美丽的珍珠泉, 这就是我们村的珍珠泉。”将对家乡的热爱与赞美之情一下子表现出来了。是的, 写景贵有情, 文章中除了描写景色之外, 还要穿插自己的情感抒发, 只有情和景交融起来, 写出来的习作才能打动人心, 进而给读者带来愉悦和美的享受。

三、改中提升, 展示风采

1援自读自改, 再现家乡景物。

“文章不厌百回改”, 文章贵在改, 改能出彩。2011年版《语文课程标准》指出:“修改自己的习作, 并主动与他人交换修改, 做到语句通顺, 行款正确, 书写规范、整洁。”因此, 学生写好作文后, 我并不急着批改, 而是让学生自己先动手改一改。我首先让他们自己读一读, 感受一下自己的作品, 看看自己的文章写得怎么样, 有没有错别字、错误的标点符号, 有没有拗口的词句、病句, 读起来通不通顺, 家乡景物描写有没有真实、生动……我要求学生多问几个“有没有”, 让学生边读边推敲, 然后再进行修改, 甚至一改再改, 直到自己满意, 最后重新誊写, 使之语句通顺、内容具体。学生通过自改作文, 不仅锤炼了语言, 训练了表达能力, 也对家乡的景物进行了再观察、再认识, 使脑中再现的家乡景物, 显得特别清晰、亲切。放手让学生自己修改, 充分发挥了学生的主体作用。让学生把作文批改看成是自己分内的事, 不仅可使文章变得更好, 而且还能培养学生做事严谨认真、富有责任感的习惯。

与简明健康调查问卷 (SF-36) 相比, EQ-5D在中国的应用严重不足。那些仅有的研究多用来评价目标人群的健康状况。用来描述生存质量, 进而将其转换成效用值进行成本-效用分析的研究非常少见。目前还没有适合中国人群的效用值换算表是这一现象的主要原因, 当然研究人员不知道应该如何使用EQ-5D也是另一个原因。本文通过介绍如何使用EQ-5D旨在推广其在中国的使用。

一、EQ-5D的构成

EQ-5D由问卷和效用值换算表两部分组成。问卷调查结果可以用来描述人群的健康状况和获得EQ-VAS得分, 使用效用值换算表则可进一步获得EQ-5D指数得分。

问卷又可分为EQ-5D健康描述系统和EQ-VAS两个部分。EQ-5D健康描述系统包括五个维度:行动能力 (Mobility) 、自己照顾自己能力 (Self-Care) 、日常活动能力 (Usual Activities) 、疼痛或不舒服 (Pain/Discomfort) 、焦虑或抑郁 (Anxiety/Depression) 。每个维度又包含三个水平:没有任何困难、有些困难、有极度困难。EQ-VAS是一个长20厘米的垂直的视觉刻度尺。顶端为100分代表“心目中最好的健康状况”, 底端为0分代表“心目中最差的健康状况”。

效用值换算表可以看作是一个计算公式, 通过这个计算公式, 可以根据受访者在问卷中五维度三水平上做出的选择, 计算出EQ-5D指数得分。该得分代表了受访者的健康状况在普通民众看来的好坏程度。

二、EQ-5D的应用

(一) 描述健康状况

EQ-5D量表最基本的应用是用来描述人群的健康状况, 在我国已有九项相关研究[1,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13]。EQ-5D量表既可以用于健康人群以评价特定人群的健康状况, 又可以用于患病人群以评价某种疾病导致的健康状况的下降。其中EQ-5D五维度三水平数据为定序变量, 而EQ-VAS得分和EQ-5D指数得分为定距变量。使用前者描述健康状况时主要进行的是分组频数或频率分析, 使用后者描述健康状况时主要进行的是分组集中趋势和离中趋势的描述。

(二) 描述生存质量

EQ-VAS得分和EQ-5D指数得分均可以用来描述生存质量。两者的不同之处在于EQ-VAS是基于单个受访者自评的, 而通过效用值换算表得到的EQ-5D指数是基于总体人群评价的。用EQ-VAS得分来描述生存质量时可以直接使用调查中得到的数据, 在我国已经有十一项相关研究[1,6,7,8,9,10,11,13,14,15,16]。而用EQ-5D指数得分来描述生存质量时需要经过效用值换算表将五维度三水平的健康状态转化为生存质量, 目前我国仅有一项相关研究[10]。

1. EQ-VAS得分

EQ-VAS得分可直接从调查中得到, 有时比EQ-5D指数得分更敏感, 易于反映出生存质量的微小变化。但是文化水平较低的患者可能不能充分理解EQ-VAS的含义, 造成测量结果不可靠。

2. EQ-5D指数得分

要用EQ-5D指数得分描述生存质量, 最好有基于本国人群的效用值换算表。遗憾的是我国还没有进行这方面的研究, 这直接阻碍了EQ-5D在评价生存质量和成本-效用分析中的应用。目前已有14个国家和地区有了适用于当地人群的换算表。

如果研究者希望用生存质量来计算QALYs继而进行成本-效用分析, 那么应该选用时间权衡法 (TTO) 获得的部分EQ-5D健康状况的效用值, 进而制定一个转换表。目前丹麦、德国、日本、韩国、荷兰、西班牙、英国、美国和津巴布韦有该种转换表。如果研究者只希望获得生存质量而不进行成本-效用分析, 那么也可以选用通过视觉模拟标尺法 (VAS) 获得一个转换表。目前比利时、丹麦、欧洲、芬兰、德国、新西兰、斯洛文尼亚、西班牙和英国有该种转换表。

对于我国的生存质量研究者, 笔者建议可以选择英国或日本的效用值换算表来获得EQ-5D指数得分, 也可综合使用英国、美国以及日本的换算表进行敏感度分析。

(1) 英国

英国的TTO换算表是目前受到公认的较好的换算表, 广泛地被没有换算表的国家和地区使用, 也常常被有换算表的国家和地区用来做敏感度分析。Dolan等学者通过分析1993年所收集的英格兰、苏格兰和威尔士共2997例资料后提出了适用于英国人群的TTO效用值换算表[17]。该表包含常数项 (任何非完全健康状况) 和N3 (至少有一个维度处于水平3) 。此换算表产生的分值介于-0.59至1.00之间。但是经过十几年的时间, 总体人群对健康的偏好可能发生了改变, 所以可能与当前人群对生存质量的评价有些偏差。

(2) 美国

美国的TTO积分换算表是最近发展起来的, 它的D1模式不同于Dolan的N3模式。Shaw等学者通过分析2002年所收集的涵盖美国主要人种的共3773例资料后提出了适用于美国人群的TTO积分换算表[18]。该表包括D1 (超过1的位于水平2或水平3的维度的个数, 0≤D1≤4) , I2平方[超过1的位于水平2的维度的个数的平方, 0≤ (I2平方) ≤16], I3 (超过1的位于水平3的维度的个数, 0≤I3≤4) 和I3平方[超过1的位于水平3的维度的个数的平方, 0≤ (I3平方) ≤16]。此换算表产生的分值介于-0.11至1.00之间。

(3) 日本

日本的TTO积分换算表是亚洲最早的积分换算表。中国和日本同处于东亚, 人种特征和对健康的偏好更接近, 故用日本的积分换算表得到的EQ-5D指数得分应该对中国人群的生存质量拟合度更高。Tsuchiya等学者通过分析1998年所收集的琦玉、广岛和北海道的共543例资料后提出了适用于日本人群的TTO积分换算表[19]。该表包含常数项 (任何非完全健康状况) 。此换算表产生的分值介于-0.11至1.00之间。

(4) 三个国家TTO积分换算表介绍

三个国家的TTO积分换算表见表1, 在表2中给出了不同积分换算表描述健康状况 (21232) EQ-5D指数得分的计算实例。

(5) 三个国家TTO效用值换算比较

图1是以美国积分换算表得到的按照243种健康状况的EQ-5D指数得分由高到低排列的示意图, 该图反映了三国EQ-5D指数得分随着健康状况变化而变化的情况。可以发现, 对于相同的健康状况, 美国和日本的积分换算表所描述的EQ-5D指数得分大多高于英国积分换算表所描述的EQ-5D指数得分。英国、美国和日本的积分换算表估计得到的EQ-5D指数得分均两两显著相关, 见表3。

语态和时态一样,也是动词的一种形式,表示主语与谓语之间的关系。英语中有两种语态:主动语态与被动语态。主动语态表示主语是谓语动作的执行者或发出者;被动语态表示主语是谓语动作的承受者,或动作涉及到的对象。如:

二、 “我长啥样”——形式

被动语态由助动词be+过去分词构成。助动词be 随着主语的人称、数、时态和语气的不同而变化。具体见下表(以动词write为例)。

三、 “我何时出现”——使用场合

被动语态的使用往往不是随意的,而是要根据表达的需要。通常在下列情况下使用被动语态:

1. 不知道或不必说出动作的执行者

(1) The Da Vinci Code(《达•芬奇密码》) has been translated into many languages.

(2) A new subway will be built in this city to connect the old ones.

2. 动作的对象是谈话的中心

(1) The 3D science fiction film AVANTAR(《阿凡达》) was directed by James Cameron.

(2) Such songs are usually sung by girls, not by boys.

3. 修辞的需要,使句子更加简练、匀称

This book will be especially liked by those who have learned only a little English and are eager to improve it.

4. 在文章标题、广告、规章制度或新闻中

(1) Teachers wanted!

(2) All the workers are required to wear helmets on the construction site.

Tips:因科技文章中往往强调对客观事物的描述而较少涉及到动作的执行者,故被动语态的使用是科技文的一大特点,同学们可以去留心一下此类文章。

四、 “我的用途”——使用中需注意的问题

1. 被动语态的主语,作为动作的承受者,是由主动语态的宾语转化而来的。而不及物动词不可跟宾语,因此没有被动语态,但加上介词或副词构成的短语动词除外。

最常见的有:appear, rise, happen, occur, die, lie,词组如break out, take place, belong to, consist of, agree with 等。如:

(1) Due to the heavy rain, water level in many rivers rose. 而不能说成was risen。

(2) Great changes have taken place in China. 而不能说成have been taken place。

(3) The team consists of three experts. 而不能说成is consisted of,但可以用is made up of。

2. 有些动词虽是及物的但由于表示的是状态或情况,通常不用被动语态。常见的此类动词有:have(有),last(持续),own(占有),fail(失败),cost(花费),hold(容纳)等。如:

(1) The film lasted for three hours.

(2) He failed in his second attempt again.

3. 有少数短语动词如:be taken in(上当,受骗),be supposed to (应该,被指望),be intended for (旨在),通常只用被动语态。如:

The book is intended for teenagers like you and you are supposed to read it carefully.

4. (1) 能够带双宾语的动词如 give, show, pass, present, offer等的被动语态有两种形式。如:

I was given an expensive present on my birthday.

An expensive present was given to me by him on my birthday.

(2) 能够带宾语补足语的动词的被动语态

They elected him monitor of our class.

He was elected monitor of our class.

但如果主动语态中的宾补是省略了to的动词不定式,此时主动语态中的动词主要是感官动词(hear,see, watch, observe, feel等)和使役动词(make,let, have等),则变成被动语态时要把to加上。

如:We heard him sing the song yesterday. 改成被动语态则变成:

He was heard to sing the song yesterday.

5. 带有宾语从句的句子转化成被动语态时,需要将宾语从句变成主语从句。通常,用it作形式主语,而将主语从句后置。如:

They said that the price of petrol would go up at the end of the year.

It was said that the price of petrol would go up at the end of the year.

6. 一些动词的主动语态通常有两种被动语态形式,此类动词有:say, report, consider, believe, suppose等。

(1) 宾语从句作主语,用it做形式主语(如上述 5);

(2) 用宾语从句中的主语作主语,上句还可改成:

The price of petrol was said to go up at the end of the year.

7. 一般情况下,被动语态的助动词是be,但英语口语中也常用get和become来代替be动词。

如get married, get hurt, get dressed, get caught, get stuck, get lost, become known等。其中get更强调结果,而become则强调过程。

8. 主动形式表达被动意义的情况:

(1) 转化为系动词的感官动词+表语(名词或形容词),此类动词有:feel, sound, smell, taste, look, prove等。如:

Good medicine tastes bitter. (良药苦口)

This idea sounds good.

(2) 由少数及物动词转化成的不及物动词+副词,如:read, write, sell, dry, wash, open, shut, catch(勾住)等。

The pen doesn’t write well.

The cloth dries easily.

The door opens with difficulty.

(3) want, need, require, worth等词后面可以用动名词的主动形式表达被动意义。

The question needs considering.

(4) 某些作表语的形容词后用不定式的主动形式表示被动意义。

自我介绍被称为交际之桥,这是日常工作和交往中,我们每个人恐怕都不可能逃避得了的事。职业学校的学生,有的自诩能说会道,可胡扯一通的占不少,有的胆子过小,缺乏当众说话的勇气,有的少言寡语甚至被疑为患有自闭症,更不用说与人交流了,有的即使能侃侃而谈,但不得体的肢体语言破坏了自我形象塑造。面对这种情形,我认为上好自我介绍一课,可引导学生认识到口语交际的重要性,提高学生的口语表达水平,可使学生今后能更有意识的提升自己的内涵,达到成竹在胸自如的应对各种场合。

一、过程安排,有效科学

(一)遵循以学生的能力训练为主轴的原则,知识点的传授是作为辅助点穿插其中。

(二)进程时间具体如下:

采用分条列项式的叙述,简单明了;运用典型事例印证,给人印象深刻;语言有特色,幽默;内容注重详略,优缺点也详略得当。

三、意识重要,练习强化

(一)课前导入,强调重要性

这样开场:来到一个新的学习、工作环境,或与不相识的人打交道,少不了要作自我介绍。为的是让别人认识你、了解你,熟悉你,喜欢你,建立良好的基础;也为认识他人,“所谓将欲取之,必先予之,来而不往非礼也”。总之,自我介绍恰当于否,关系到能否给人一个良好的“第一印象”,甚而会对自我形象塑造产生持久的影响。

(二)练习过程,激发踊跃性

1、备些典型例子,以调剂气氛,必要时师作示范。如:
