1.1.2 多使用经济类词汇、金融专业术语以及六位以上数字

一、引言

随着国际间日益频繁的交流和贸易往来，英语作为国际通用语的地位日趋显为重要。英语演讲是西方社会非常重视的一门学问，很多欧美学生在中学阶段就可以用非常清晰的逻辑进行流利的英文演讲。英语演讲是一种借助英语这门语言进行表述的社会性活动。由于需要对语言的使用进行考究并且对演讲时的肢体语言进行训练，因此英语演讲对演讲者的语言素养和肢体语言具有较高要求，从而使之成为一门艺术。

口译又分为正式场合口译和非正式场合口译。笔者生活在著名的瓷都景德镇，每年有数以万计的国外陶瓷爱好者前来交流并学习陶瓷艺术，很多不会中文的外国陶瓷爱好者都会选择寻找当地的大学生作为口译译员陪同其进行陶瓷艺术交流，这些都是非正式场合的口译。另外还有正式场合的口译，特别是会议口译，是在公众的注视下进行的，对译员的语言表达，心里承受能力以及肢体语言能力都要求比较严格。这使得正式场合的口译译员和英语演讲者对各自的素养要求有一点类似。

所以，一名优秀的口译员不仅能熟练掌握两门语言，具备良好的演讲能力对口译工作也是至关重要的。

二、英语演讲和口译的异同

1.相似点。首先，英语演讲的执行者和口译的执行者都需要展现出各自的高超的专业水准和良好的精神风貌，让听众能听懂并且留下美好的印象。也就是演讲人和口译员需要内外兼备，大方得体，听众常常通过他们在现场表现而判定对他们的信任度。

英语演讲的执行者和口译的执行者都需要强有力的表达能力和逻辑思维能力。演讲人在做即兴演讲时，需要其利用强大的逻辑分析能力将已经具备的渊博知识通过流利的语言进行表达；而口译人员则需要在短暂的时间内将源语言进行解码，用敏捷的思维和逻辑分析能力用目标语流利地表达出来。所以，这两种人是很相似的，都需要强大的心理素质。有些人在面对许多政府领导，社会名流以及中外记者等人的时候就会感到怯场。有人曾提到，口译人员往往是经过专门训练的优秀演讲者。同时，演讲又是口译人员工作的一部分。

2.英语演讲和口译的不同点。首先，英语演讲者和口译人员在信息传递的方式上是不同的。演讲人只是单方面将自己的观点向听众输送，而口译人员则需要先接收信息，然后将源语言信息解码再用目标语传递给听众。

其次，在语言的使用方面也是有差异的。英语演讲非常注重发音的纯正标准，节奏韵律，给听众以听觉的享受。演讲者通过标准的英语发音，发自内心的情感来感染听众以期达到精神层面的共鸣。而口译则不然，常常遵循“信，达”的准则，要求译员在有限的时间内将源语言准确无误，清晰流畅地用目的语表达出来，所以往往更加重视语言的准确性和忠实度。

三、英语演讲和口译之间的联系

1.口译人员应具备的演讲能力。口译人员应该像优秀的演讲者一样，拥有良好的语言表达能力。因为口译的特殊性，要求译员能够准确地表达说话者的意思，因此有的时候会以牺牲语言的美感为代价。但是如果译员能够在语言上像演讲者一样下功夫，使得翻译的语言同样优美有韵律，这样会给听众以美的享受。同时，口译人员应该像优秀的演讲者一样，充分使用肢体语言这种非语言层次的表达方式来帮助、强调和突出有声语言，从而达到和听众在思想和情感上的沟通甚至共鸣。在口译中恰当地使用肢体语言也有助于体现口译人员优秀的精神风貌。通过点头、微笑等细微的肢体语言，可以很好地减少译员本身的紧张程度，同时又和听众建立了良好的友好关系。

2.演讲者通过积累口译方面的知识提高演讲水平。演讲是一门高雅的艺术，优秀的演讲者不仅具备良好的语言表达能力和灵活丰富的肢体语言，而且需要涉猎广泛的知识面和渊博的知识，这本是一个优秀的口译员应具备的。笔者于2015-2016年在新加坡南洋理工大学进修，国外大学通过建立speech club来给学生提供英语演讲的训练舞台，很多理工科的学子通过这个平台很好地展现了当代大学生的风采，通过演讲的方式向大家传输理念、表达观点，得到了师生的赞同。借助对相克学科的研究，从动态思维的角度剖析口译，才能很好地知道口译教学。

四、结语

英语演讲是一种语言的交流，口译是源语和目标语之间的一种信息传达。优秀的演讲能力是一名出色的口译人员必须具备的，一个出色的口译人员同时又能胜任演讲。英语演讲和口译在语言和非语言层面上既有相似点，也有不同点。英语演讲技能和口译能力有着千丝万缕的联系。在我国现阶段的英语专业口译教学中，应当融入适当的英语演讲技能的培训，因为口译的效果好坏，百分之八十是语言使用的准确性，另外百分之二十是演讲技巧的融入。而演讲技能的教学当中，适当插入口译知识积累的方法也将为演讲水平的提升起到至关重要的作用。
